They put the price low for local. Once you talk in English, the price goes 3 times high. They need to treat all customers same. Or update your website please. Now days everyone can used the translation by google. So no point writing in Arabic

I was attracted by their good price and positive reviews. But my experience was not so good. 1, it's a mix gender spa which means there will be almost naked male customers and fully dressed male staffs walking around you all the time when you shower, getting scrubbed... No privacy at all! And they didn't mention that ahead at all, it's just really unusual like I'd assume is gender separated because almost all spa i went are! 2, the whole place is so cold... And you're wet and almost naked all the time so it's even worse, the Turkish bath room is cold as well and people keep coming in and out with door opening made it impossible to relax. And half way through my spa there's no hot water for showering so you can imagining how frustrated i was. 3 the massage itself was actually pretty good, but the room is cold as well... And they covered me with the same damp towel i just used so it was really uncomfortable. Overall i was stressed about men walking around me, being cold all the time. So it wasn't relaxing at all to me.
