We stopped by for the Nancy Ajram concert. The venue is well located, security was very intense dozens of officers, ambulances, etc. Is it located inside Marina 2 which is a private residential/commercial strip of 22km long along the coast of New Alamein. The theater is open air, and concrete seating arena which although is well equipped for concerts and others seems to be not completed as there are sections still in working progress and certain amenities are amiss and you can find construction debris here and there. Lack of lighting on the floor made it a bit challenging moving around during the concert. Bathrooms are simple but overall as clean as they can be when there's a concert. Overall I felt secured and we had a great time. There was about 70% capacity with what I would think was around 1,500 people not sure what the exact capacity is. I hope you enjoy it.

inside marina 1,2,3 p to 4 roads were very rough full of broken glass and too many humps ,, but marina 5,6 and 7 were very smooth and clean with high living level and private villas. in marina 3 mosquitos were serious night mare, Marina Management should consider urgent and immediate action to clean up with necessary tools and chemicals. beaches were the best place to swim and enjoy the sun.

It sound that it was great theatre, but actually it's closed now.

Best place for Top stars concerts , most of The singers prefer this place for other places because of it's reliable design , The place is closed as long as there are no pre-arranged parties , I attended his party at this place , it was an amazing day and an amazing party , hope this place open back again

It was fantastic when singer tamer hosny was there but now just nothing

Except the crowded road to it , it's amazing

Potentially, seems ok but actually needs more to get it back as it used to be
