A very nice gym

Spacious and comfortable place to workout in with lots of machines and the trainers there are very knowledgeable.

This place was great! We were staying in Giza just for a few days to visit Cairo and so we decided to try this place out on our last night, and I was very impressed. The gym had a very wide range of equipment so it's easy to do anything you need. The staff is really friendly and the boss gave us an amazingly cheap deal on a single day pass. We went at peak gym time (5-7) and it was pretty busy, but, because of the amount of equipment to choose from, we still were able to hit all the muscle groups we had planned for that day, and by the time we left at 7 it was slowing down so I'm sure if you came earlier or later it would be even better. Having 15 years or weight training experience and having used gyms on 5 continents, I can highly recommend using this gym if you're staying nearby the pyramids and need somewhere to train.

Love the gym. Best in the area by a mile. They just got new treadmills and dumbbells that feel amazing to use. Really excellent and relatively affordable. Have gone there for 3 months and always feel welcomed. Great community and friendly coaches. They're very active on Instagram and will contact you promptly for any inquiries.

The best in Giza. everything outstanding space , a lot of machines, techno traidmails , dumbbells and very clean all the day. Keep it up.
