Great place for martial art training. That was my first time to attend Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) session. I have been training BJJ for over two years in Dallas, Texas, US under John Machado. The Fight Zone (TFZ) facility is in the basement of in a private villa in 5th district in New Cairo. The group I trained with mostly white belts, the instructor has blue belt but well experienced. The BJJ training main focus of is on MMA, as well TFZ focuses on MMA competition. I would go again for another session, but for higher belt, it could be another GYM which I will discover during my current visit to Egypt in 2019. I gave it four stars for two reasons: lack of ventilation, the address is not clear on their FB, the posted schedule is not up-to-date, no one answer the phone, but the answer the facebook messages but not in the same day.
