I visited Nisantasi City Stars branch to order take away so was welcomed by the beautiful Donya who arranged my seating and introduced the menu. Thanks Hussein for taking the order and preparing it. I ordered mix of hot and cold mezza which were delicious and freshly made. Highly recommended.

Staff are so friendly and polite, and the service was fast, We ordered mixed grills, mushroom 🍄 soup , and pida . Prices are reasonable . very recommanded.

Staff were so attentive, that's why there are 2 stars, otherwise I would give this a negative number of stars if that's possible. Lamb Shank Jarra (Moza) was horrible, so dry with horrendous taste, don't remember the last time I tried lamb meat worse than this, even boiled lamb meat would be better than this, so disappointed and definitely the last time visiting this overrated restaurant.

Fantastic food and the staff are brilliant 👏. Mostafa who served us was brilliant. They restaurant served amazing grills full of flavour. They also offered us a lovely gift but above all the taste of the food was spectacular. I have had many Turkish cuisines but this is definitely my favourite and I mean that! I will 100% be coming back and would recommend it to anyone. For dessert: MUST try their cheese pistachio Kunafa!

Food and atmospheric were both Great. We had the lamb and beef plates. We also had an assorted hummus plate. One of the best we ever had. The only thing I would recommend, if someone buys an entree, a small serving of rice should come with it.

One of the best restaurants that we had in Egypt. People were so friendly, made us at home. Every dish was amazing and they made a fire show with the lamb shank in salt and a special bread with our name on it. So cute!

The service was outstanding as well. Our server, Waheed Ayman, went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful dining experience. I ate the Etli Sebze Çorbası which was a beef soup with carrots and chickpeas. It was so tasty and I had the zeytin sakata which was yummy. The beyti kebab with Turkish rice is yummy and tye lemon mint juice and orange and rosemary ice tea are fantastic. My server was Saif and he was so hospitable and his smile was akways on his face. On my few days vacation I’ve been to Nisantasi twice. Once in Cairo Festival City and today in CityStar Mall. Both did not disappoint. At this location in CityStar Hussein Yousri was our host and he went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent service. He even baked a huge bread with my daughters name on it. The food was ready very quickly and the servers were very polite. This is definitely a place I will visit next time I am in Egypt. Lastly, Hussein ended our night with a warm cup of tea that hit the spot!!

Service is good but a bit slow. Food is pretty good but nothing to rave about. It's located at the top floor of this gigantic mall so it takes some effort to find it. Overall a solid option if you are craving Turkish food.
