Amazing stay at the Sunrise Aqua Joy, the facilities were really good, lots to do and all very clean. The best thing about our stay are all of the staff, nothing is too much trouble. They all go above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. The animation team have been great!! lots of activities to choose from and all so friendly. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday!!

The hotel was lovely. Rooms were comfortable. Had everything you needed. Meal times there was something for everyone. Service was exceptional both in the dining room and bars. Our young man who cleaned our room, deserves a mention as he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Muhammad you deserve a special mention. Thank you. Reception were friendly and helpful. The only downside was too many steps.

The resort was beautifully maintained. Extremely helpful staff, from reception to cleaning staff and cook and waiters in the restaurant. Food is excellent and lots of different choices to choose from. The chef specially helped and prepared special dish for vegetarian member in our group. A.la carte restaurants are good. We like the Asian restaurant the most. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend it for family and would visit again.

Reception was not nice at first, but after they heard that we were not happy with the way they acted, they really did their best to make our stay better. The entertainment was amazing!! The staff in the restaurant were so nice, I felt like a queen! This hotel is amazing for teenagers and kids, but also for couples.

Our first trip to Egypt and I’m so glad it was with this hotel. As a single parent I was very nervous, but on arrival all the staff put me at ease, we had a lovely room looking over to the sea and could watch the moon on an evening. All the staff around the hotel were so friendly and attentive. The food was amazing with chef coming out to speak to everyone on an evening. We will 100% be back

All inclusive resort is very good. Location is good with awesome beach. Best resort to have leisure time. Everything will be taken care of by the resort. Foods were also very good. Kids will have a great time here too.

Excellent staff - will do anything for you. Great food and variety with several a la carte restaurants to choose from as well. Entertainment for everyone. In house taxi service with prices on show so no hidden extras. Loads of shops just across the (very quiet) road.

Amazing hotel! All staff amazing cannot do enough for you! Travelling with a fussy unwell 18month old the kitchen staff even made her separate food at one point to try get her to eat! They honestly go above and beyond. Hotel spotless everywhere you look always someone cleaning or doing something to make it look amazing ❤️ would definitely return!
