I had a very bad experience with Apex. I have been promised to receive my order within 3 weeks, and unfortunately it has been 7 weeks so far and I didn't receive my order. The engineer who created the order and the design never answers the phone. My first payment was on February 2, 2022, and till today I didn't receive the order. Apex needs to change the while staff as they are not satisfying the clients. I am very disappointed of the service and the fake promises. This is a complaint I have done to reach the owner, and hopefully action to be taken!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Highly unprofessional. Salesman was deliberately dishonest. We were manipulated into paying 100% of our bill 20 days before delivery date, which was postponed and delayed several times. Furniture arrived faulty, wrong measurements for customized items. Mirrors cracked. Horrible!!!!

very good materials and unique designs, very helpful staff, they provided me with many ideas for decorating my place and how to use the spaces and it was very awesome
