From where should I even begin... A while back, I ordered stuff online including a Bean Bag with a Foot rest from Magalis and other stuff from different countries. My overseas products arrived faster than my Beanbag from Magalis, the Customer Service was horrendous, it's almost impossible to track ur order or reach out to them, took 3 months to finally get my order, they didn't even freaking deliver it to my doorstep. I had to go by my own self to some shipping office and grab the beanbag and load it on a truck which I had to pay for as well. The fabrics are quite neat I'm ngl and they're really cat claw proof which I really admire but guess what... The sewing couldn't been done worse. As I was sitting yesterday I noticed the sewing breaking apart due to poor attention and service done to it and it made a big hole in it and the foam kept dropping out of it. Was a nightmare honestly and thankfully my grandma was able to sew it all over again way better than they did. I'm never ordering anything from Magalis again.

Edit : After 5 Months the bean bags and puffs as shown in the pictures were almost on the ground ( loose ).. called for maintenance to refill and received. Will check how long it would last full this time . But overall not satisfied that this would be the result in 4 month based on it’s high price.

The worst customer service I dealt with!! They are not professional at all. I ordered some back pillow from the website and they told me later it was out of stock which wasn't mentioned on the website!! Later, they took 1 month and half to make the refund!!!
