They are not organized. No one was at the door when we arrived so we went inside discovering that we need reservation in spite that half the restaurant was empty. I don’t understand the logic of a restaurant not accepting customers and leaving lot of tables empty for the sake of reservation. Second time. Food quality is excellent but still not organized and waiter didn’t mention any orange juice or Turkish tea that were supposed to be delivered with our breakfast order

One of the best experiences in Cairo. The food is 10/10. The view is amazing and the service is outstanding. Thanks to Mr Ahmed abbas and ashraf for the great hospitality. Definitely coming again.

A Turkish restaurant finally in the area. I loved the menu with lots of varieties. Food was excellent with great tastes and flavors. The atmosphere was really good specially when it comes with a good service. You can see Sheikh Zayed city from up there, it’s really nice view specially in the evening. It is a must go there

The place is very nice, relatively expensive but the view and the service is very good. The food was not so tender. it seemed like the dishes were defrosted but overall expensive was nice.

Amazing experience with turkish vibes It is a very good experience, food is perfect, serving is brilliant, the quality of food is very good, I really like the the experience especially it is turkish food, style even the decor overall I highly recommend this restaurant

Reservation is a must on weekends. I went with my family of 12 persons for lunch on Friday. My sister warned me that it takes ages to prepare the food after ordering and it was true. Food is delicious, huge portions, juicy chicken and fresh salads. But service is TERRIBLE. You have to be very patient to stand the waiter’s carelessness and slow response. One of the waiters dropped a tray full of plates just behind my dad and his shirt got stained, I screamed of shock from the sound of broken plates all over. All they did is got 2 lemon juice for my dad.😃 we actually all needed a Xanax pill after this. I like Turkish cuisine , but I don’t think that this place will last long with this bad service. The view from the restaurant is amazing at night. I wish to go again if they improved their service.

joined the place for an anniversary celebration party. ended up seeing people proposing, and other celebrating birthdays. which tells a lot of how much people like the place and it's atmosphere. the food was great, but my review here is about the service, especially Shaimaa. she was beyond friendly, smiley and very patient as i took a very long time to decide what to get. Thanks all, totally recommended.

This should have a perfect 5 star record, unsure why it's at 4.6 at this point, food is out of this world good, and I've been to Turkey and Izmir particularly before a few times, and service was excellent, we genuinely felt pampered, immediate response, proactive service as if they knew what we would want before we even asked. Response time was in seconds... Pricing isn't half bad either, given the amazing decorations, service, cutlery & extravagant plates, I would've expected far higher charges. The appetizers & meats were top notch, so happy we gave this a try.
