I like this super market but it needs management improvements, those are the things that i dont like: - i have never found any item that they announced it has discount in their flyers! Every time i ask about an item they say it is out of stock! - It is hard to find someone to ask a simple question. - They need to hire more ppl in the meat and chicken department because there is always a big waiting line. Over all it is expensive store, i spent on the items that you can see in my cart almost 2000LE. But it is clean and it has some kind of variety.

The place was unexpectedly clean and well organized! In an instant it became one of my favorite malls. I nearly found everything plus the self served fruit salad was so so clean and the cut was so neat. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely visit it over and over again. It wasn't so crowded too so that was a plus. The only issue I faced there was the weak mobile signal but everything else was perfect.

Nice. Clean. New. Organised. Not crowded. All of the above because it is in a Mall that is entirely in the process of opening and this supermarket and a gym are the only two businesses open. It was a pleasure looking and picking from brand new shelves and counters. There were no queues at the checkout. As of the time of this posting (July 2021) it was a pleasurable experience. The air-conditioning wasn't too good, however.

Sophisticated hypermarket that has almost everything from grocery to fresh food to fruits and vegetables to household items to garments to electronic devices. Prices are a bit expensive, yet service is very good and display is so attractive. Overall The hyper market is good but it looks not well organized, many items you will mot find label on it. so many products are available only in few brands which is less quality than others available in the market. Also quality of bakery is really a disaster. And also quality of fresh vegetables and fruits is very bad.

Need to add more variety Like tea, biscuits wash machine powder .. etc

Worst service ever I’m living in the building near them i came for a business and I get used to buy daily from their shop very rude in dealing with clients you need to do everything by yourself milk bebejunior number 3 is missing from 2 weeks and today a guy called ahmad imad was very rude and unpolite with me I already wrote a complain paper I hope I will get a reply soon….after one hour picking vegetables and fruits they returned it because they said the screen can’t scan the reading!!!!!
