I had a night in this hotel, overall it is good, but the room #307 wasn't good, the balcony door was't closed, the finishing of the room wasn't excellen, in addition that the AC is loud and doesn't work well. I was feeling hot.

The Hotel was very accommodating. I had a wonderful balcony view overlooking the water. The room was immaculate. Staff went beyond to assist me. Thank you..

This is such an extraordinary place viewing the Nile river, where you can find a hotel, different sports courts, a medium-sized swimming pool small funfair, cinema, meeting halls and wedding courts.

Not more than 2 stars hotel. Needs a lot of care and maintenance. Food is so poor in quality and quantity. Rooms are outdated. However there is an oriental restaurant called Badya Restaurant, is so cool. Look at my photos

Decline in services. Poor equipments. Un-prof. Staff😥.

A good place for children and families to go to to have a nice time and children may play in the gardens there , spacious , safely-run by the army , but it needs many things..... 1 - available transport means , esp , if u don't have a car. More and more concerning games , food and beverage and snacks ' availability , goodness and cheapness.
