Probably the best meal during our Egypt trip! Great service and very nice view of the beach. The prices are a bit higher than the hotel buffet but this is by far better quality.

We went on holiday to Egypt and this was the best restaurant we went to so far. The staff are really helpful and especially Hamada and Mostfa who made us a great cocktail. I recommend the mix grill meat but everything we had tasted great. Its a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and well worth the visit.

I went with my daughter and was greated by a lovely man called Hamada. The food was generous, authentic and tasted good. Service was polite, with a smile and the decor was beautiful. I would come back again and try something new on the menu. The manager Hamada made our experience special so we will definitely come back for the great food and brilliant service.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Hilton. Turkuaz restaurant had the best food and staff at Hilton especially Hamouda Ibrahim. He worked really hard to cater for our 50th Birthday party and always had a big smile on their faces ☺️ 😊 . Thank you so much to all at Turkuaz restaurant.

Amazing food and beautiful place, right on the beach. We were brought down to the restaurant by golf buggy, which the security guys at the top were more than happy to organise. I had the lamb shank which was stunning. We were served by the very friendly Mohamed Youssef and sent huge compliments to Chef Ahmed. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service from Mohammed Youseff and food from Chef Ahmed was exceptional. I had the mixed grill and it was gorgeous. Perfect location on the stunning beach at the Hilton Hotel. The best meal we’ve had in Egypt. Will definitely come again! A buggy brought us down the hill from the hotel entrance and returned us in the buggy.

Everything from getting a ride from the lobby to the restaurant to the service and cuisine was impeccable! Ahmed F. took the best care of us, recommending great dishes and adding a memorable charm to our meal. Maya/maya would be back again! Shokran :)

My wife and I visited today and we can honestly say that it was the best meal we have had during our two week holiday in Egypt. The food was delicious, the restaurant was lovely and clean, nice decor and nice looking out to the sea. Ahmed Fawzy met our every need. However, all the staff were great. Portions were large and prices very good, would have no problems visiting again.
