There are employees there who are not willing to help you, even if they would make a minimal effort in this regard. If you go to 2 different employees, they will tell you 2 different stories. Either they are untrained, or everyone interprets Orange's offers and rules to their liking and depending on the person requesting them. Totally inappropriate and destructive customer policy.

The lady that works there provides excellent customer service. So smiley and helpful. That’s how it should be. Thanks 🙏

They are really nice staff but the service is soooo slow it borders on inefficiency. To go there you need to give up at least two hours of your day because they are just so slow

Orange: too much bureaucracy. I expect buying a temp sim to take 3 min max, with zero paperwork. I don't want to spend 30 minutes of vacation getting a sim card.
