Princess resort is located in Mamsha - also known as Hurghada Promenade, my favourite place of Hurghada. A touristic and quiet area, near to other beautiful resorts, many shops, bars, supermarkets. About 7 min drive from the airport. Under construction at the moment, Princess will be ready in December 2021. Has more then 400 flats, several swimming pools and a stunning private beach across the street. Strongly recommended for who wants to own a flat in Hurghada or wants to spend a holiday as guest.

Actually the beach is so far have to walk a lot and it’s too hot also no shallow and also pool is so small and open no privacy and the big pool have no water the head of the security mohamed Ramadan this’s his name I guess he’s so unfriendly sick mind person really he act so bad but honestly the rest are friendly people spicily who’s kn the beach and the water is so deep so not recommended for kids at all and it’s so noisy beach cos of the boats and also apartment are so near no privacy really and it’s so small apartments all first and last time

Not recommended for anyone, Management is not honest, and there is more false information they shared to push the new customers to purchase at their projects, ,

It's still under construction but when it's completed it will be the best vacation compound in Hurghada.. It have the best location on the Promenade close to carrfeour, pappas bar and Hurghada Hard Rock Cafe. 2 swimming pools access to the sea 🌊 and many facilities

Good location, near the airport and also to downtown, the flats are small but it's fair enough for the location as you can see the sea from your balcony, if you like to walk you are at the correct area , food option is more as you are in egypt , the cost of living there also is good as if you will prepare the food at the home than you will not fell any chang or will be less also .
