If you are on budget and interested in exploring Hurghada's attractions and go for long trips during the day, this place is for you. It provides a cozy stay with reasonable price. With room service and a pool. It's affordable so you would have the chance to do other activities during your stay. No meals available, but there's a supermarket next to the hotel, and the place is near variety of restaurants. Closest beach is Orange beach and the hotel does not grant you a free access , so you will need to buy a ticket to enjoy the beach. The receptionist all were really nice and friendly and made sweet gestures. I wish they had blackout curtains tho as the light waked me up early.

Situated in the middle of noicy City Hurghada. Enter the Hotel and enjoy the big Silence. Lovely Staff on the Reception, Housekeepers are very helpful. Dear Guests, a bit catfood from Supermarket just around the corner is much appreciated ;).

Terrible experience !!! Very very dirty!!! BED BUGS in the room. No cleaning, far from the beach, lots of noises at nights, cats everywhere in the hotel peeing… I really don’t understand the good comments !!

Best Hotel so far! Service is so so nice, friendly and helpful! The room and bathroom is very clean and the bed is comfortable! Nice area outside with a nice pool and sun loungers and many plants. It’s just a beautiful quiet place and I really love it! It’s a little bad that Wi-Fi isn’t working in the rooms and the music outside at the pool is loud and running all day long. Thanks to theService Team, you’re great!

Staff was super nice and really helpful!! The hotel is located super centrally, with loads of restaurants shops and bars right outside! Pool was not very clean, but nice size and very fine pool area

Denied Check-In, Unwelcoming Experience Unfortunately, my experience at Zack Inn was disappointing. Despite having made a reservation, I was denied check-in due to lack of translation to some documents. The interaction felt more like an interrogation than a welcome. The lack of understanding and assistance in such a situation was disheartening. I left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Zack Inn for its inflexible approach and unwelcoming atmosphere during what should have been a standard check-in process.
