The place is adorable but the behavior of the owner is too aggressive. The view is amazing and the place itself is away from any noise. The Bungalow is a little bit narrow for two people; the showers water pressure is poor and also you need to take care of Mosquito bites as it caused allergy to me and many of my friends. All the negative points above is not a problem to me, what annoyed me was the owner behavior as he was too aggressive, he was monitoring the amounts I take at the breakfast, and he commented that I ate half the plate of the white cheese while this is supposed to be an open buffet, he even shouted on me cause I asked for an empty plate and his excuse for this behavior was that I’m Egyptian and this is “Egyptian Culture” as all Egyptians refusing the system, and he kept mentioning “Egyptian Culture” is his words. He refused my feedback and got offended when I said to him “Bad Service”, he took it personally and he said it doesn’t matter to him my feedback cause his place already has good feedbacks so mine doesn’t matter, such racist and psychopath person doesn’t supposed to manage this memorable place. This person doesn’t have the minimum requirement to run such a business as he is missing the social intelligence and the communication skills to deal with guests, this is the first time to deal with him, and I don’t know why he did so.

The worst place you could ever stay in. They’re trying to give the primitive vibe but it’s a failure. I came to Siwa seeking tranquility and simplicity but this doesn’t mean to stay in a dirty room with dirty carpets, curtains, pillows and bed sheets. No power supply in rooms and not even an appropriate place to charge appliances. The lady preparing breakfast is such a grumpy person who doesn’t even smile. A TERRIBLE PLACE 😡

Do yourself a favour and STAY HERE! We spent two night here and had the whole space to ourselves! The man running it/the chef was SO nice and helpful, and his cooking was incredible! The best meal I have had in Egypt, and maybe ever. We did dinner both nights, once inside by candle light and one outside in the cabana. Both were so tasty, different and cooked with love (we got the vegetarian). We had bought fruit and they stored it, cut it and served it to us under the stars, it was SO magical. The pool is great for a quick dip and it has an awesome sunset view. The rooms are modest, no plugs in them, you can request candles, and you can charge your things in the main house with the kitchen. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. We had the pleasure of playing with the three new puppies and the three older dogs, we were missing our dogs from home so this was a huge highlight for us. We felt very safe there, the hospitality was awesome, and if we go back to Siwa we will stay here again 200 percent! Please note May was pretty hot and there is no ac or fans, I would come again when it's cooler!

I am giving it a 4/5 due to the location compared to town and you truly don't know how far it is until you are there. We also asked to check out later but the owner wanted us out early even tough we were the only people staying there. The front staff however were amazing and really friendly. The area and place is so beautiful, loved the room and the idea of no power. After further research though the place is fairly expensive for Siwa and I would try a different place if I went back.

The hospitality was great. The gentleman running the operations/chef was a real delight. We had some very good conversations. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning and a candlelight dinner each evening. No electricity in the bungalows, but plenty of candles were provided. (They do have a place to charge cell phones) The ambiance of the entire place was a real treat. The star gazing at night was fantastic. The location is close to many sight seeing attractions. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and the place itself.

Beautiful place to stay in Siwa. The service is excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was five stars, and the accomodations is very cool. Be repaired though, no electricity in the rooms, which I found to be really cool (candles provided and a charging station in the common area). Would recommend!
