He killed our dog! In 15 hours of stay in his pet hotel! Dog left with strong vomiting, couldn’t even to stand! Albert said it’s chronic illness and refuse to talk even when I call. In Cairo we found big pieces of something which stuck in dog stomach and hurt all the way. We lost part of family coz of Albert! He is not trusted! And unprofessional!!! If you love your pet run away, don’t repeat our mistake!!!!

A very good doctor, very helpful to animals even stray animals, I would recommend if you want to make any donations for animals to direct it their way

Dr Albert has been looking after all my cats since 2011. He is always available for an emergency and works every day of the year, giving me the confidence that he will always be there when my cats need him. He has a soothing manner with my cats. Even the aggressive or anxious cats are so quiet and calm when they are with him. He only ever carries out blood tests or X-rays if needed and asks you in advance so you do find yourself with a high invoice. He is particular helpful with street cats and he also provides accommodation for pets while they recover or if we go on holiday. His wife helps him and she is gentle with the pets and so very helpful. I cannot recommend him enough.

Perfect advices after my puppy been sick and vomiting for a couple of days... Also Dr. George is a nice guy with a proper English language and fully explained to allow me follow up home and how to use the dripping all is great.... It's cost us for 30 minutes with an x ray and medication enough for one day a 1000 Egyptian pounds.

Excellent Vet... Animals with him in safe hands. Operations can be done, X Ray and much more possibilities.

This is an amazing veterinary hospital, wonderful doctor, superb care, very clean, very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Put my dog in kennels there for 3 weeks while away. The kennel he was in was a good size and there was also an exercise area. He was also booked in for a minor operation while there. When I collected him he had been bathed groomed and had been clearly treated well. Would use this place again and recommend it.
