Where
do
I
start.
I've
been
to
many
places
for
authentic
Egyptian
food.
As
a
foodie,
I
had
high
hopes
for
this
place
however
it
was
disappointing.
We
were
a
group
of
5
and
a
kid
came
for
dinner.
The
feedback
below
is
the
collective
feedback
1.
Management
are
quite
rude.
Called
to
book
a
table
earlier
and
was
told
no
table
booking.
Came
in,
and
found
all
the
best
tables
are
booked.
The
manager
was
rude
and
argued
only
parties
over
8
can
book.
Found
out
through
out
the
remaining
of
the
evenings
guests
that
came
all
had
parties
of
4-6
sat
on
those
reserved
tables..
Even
one
of
those
tables
had
the
chefs
and
the
managers
serving
the
food
themselves
to
them..
What
is
it?
"wasta"
or
some
good
friends
they
give
them
special
treatment?
Attitude
of
the
managers
is
quite
poor
and
require
firing
and
rehiring,
or
proper
retraining
on
how
to
talk
to
customers
and
run
a
seating
plan
(the
guys
in
proper
suits).
However
servers
(the
guys
In
Bedewin
clothing)
,
were
fantastic,
humble,
professional
and
tentative.
As
a
business
owner,
I
would
recommend
promoting
some
of
them
to
run
the
restaurant
floor.
They'll
do
a
better
job
imho.
2.
Environment
and
decor
is
exceptional.
Probably
the
best
thing
about
this
place.
Fountains
and
children
area
was
really
good
to
entertain
the
kids.
Nice
walk
ways
around.
3.
The
food.
Food
is
nothing
special
unfortunately.
Fatta
was
so
dry,
plain
rice
and
some
crisped
bread.
Wasn't
soaked
properly
in
stock
so
tasted
as
if
you
are
eating
plain
rice.
The
meat
was
chewy.
Mix
grill
was
dry,
chewy
meat.
Bachamel
pasta
was
worse
than
the
one
my
little
brother
cooks
at
home(runny
watery
white
sauce
not
bachamel).
Duck
was
chewy.
Just
not
what
you'd
expect
from
a
place
at
this
grade
So
overall,
other
than
the
one
environment,
I
would
not
recommend
visiting
the
place.
A
couple
of
places
that
are
far
more
professional,
and
serve
food
that
are
far
more
superior
than
this
place
is
ibn
el
balad,
and
wahet
Khatab.
There
is
virtually
no
comparison.
So
what
to
do
if
you
want
to
experience
the
environment?
Eat
somewhere
else,
and
just
come
to
the
coffee
shop
here.
You
can
enjoy
the
environment,
but
spare
dealing
with
the
bad
service
or
the
overrated
food!
