The supermarket is well organized. It has lots of products. It is a good place for shopping. The staff are polite and helpful. It is kind of pricy in terms of pampers. The staff is really nice and well trained. Their meat is amazing.

we attended the opening event and bought lots of fruits because the prices were so good, then when we were about to check out and went to weight the fruits they tripled the prices, the picture shows the old price of the mango when we came in at first at 36EGP, then they changed it to 91EGP and same goes for the rest of the fruits when they found that many people showed up at the opening

Pros: Since the first experience of Royal House Heliopolis makes you very excited about Al-Shorouk branch and it has been above the level of expectations in quality and diversity. The market have a big range of varieties of food between healthy, bakery, drinks, fresh fruit and vegetables, personal care items, home care facilities sections and more. Staff is friendly and respectful. The prices within the mid range for the quality. There are imported products that you can only find in Royal Market as usual. There's AtMs machine corners for many banks. Abu Auf section is available at market. Overall rating is 09/10. Cons: There's no section for fresh seafood. Prices from some is higher than other markets. Otherwise can't complain.

Outstanding as usual!... I found all the groceries that I was looking for, they offer local and imported products with high quality and reasonable prices. Comfortable shelves distribution for each department which helped me finding all my needs easily.

A great supermarket famous in Heliopolis for best groceries and bakeries.. It a vast super market compared to others in Shorouk city. Great service and good prices. A welcoming helpful and professional staff.. Many cashiers, and quick cashier employees, no need to wait in a line. The bakery is great. You can get fresh orange juice, mango juice and guava juice...

Over and beyond. Extremely clean and neat place

I come from Canada and I was surprised from this store! They had a bunch of foreign stuff that I would usually get from Canada. The shopping carts were smooth and the store was very clean. They had a good selection of cheeses and meat in the butcher section. The cashiers even helped me with the bags when I was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Firstly its amazing contents are unmatched upon their variety. Secondly almost every brand you have ever heard of or not is their. The staff are extremely helpful. the store organisation and cashiers locations are extremely convenient. But it is a bit expensive at some items.

i had ordered some small things at 5 pm (mind u my house is literally 4 minutes away by car/motorcycle) and they arrived at 11:40 pm. the problem is that they had told us many times that the order was on its way much before 11:40 yet it had arrived at so late. horrible experience
