AVOID
AVOID
AVOID
!!!
Especially
if
you
have
allergy.
I
chose
this
place
as
I've
seen
it
in
a
few
tourist
guides
and
was
recommended
it
by
our
tour
guide
as
the
best
restaurant
in
Alexandria.
This
turned
out
to
be
so
far
from
the
truth.
Yes,
the
views
are
stunning,
but
the
service
was
terrible
and
the
meat
dry
as
a
shoe
sole.
The
service
was
slow
and
unprofessional.
It
took
30
min
to
get
water
we
ordered,
over
an
h
to
get
the
food.
Some
of
the
dishes
we
ordered
were
tasty.
However,
one
dish
we
ordered
did
not
correspond
to
what
was
on
the
menu
-
mixed
grill.
The
meat
cuts
that
arrived
were
different
from
what
was
described
in
the
menu.
They
seemed
cheaper,
too,
such
as
liver
instead
of
lamb
chops.
The
meat
was
also
extremely
dry.
2
of
us
had
rice,
and
that
was
tasty,
but
the
chicken
in
the
rice
was
also
dry.
One
of
us,
due
to
gluten
intolerance,
had
to
avoid
flour,
and
after
asking
3
times,
they
still
brought
a
dish
with
flour
in
it.
She
tried
the
dish
after
being
assured
that
there
was
no
flour
in
it,
and
after
a
few
min,
the
waiter
came
back
saying
that
there
was
flour.
She
also
then
offered
a
replacement
dish.
Thankfully,
our
friend
wasn't
deadly
allergic,
but
such
behaviour
is
unacceptable.
If
it
were
someone
with
a
tough
allergy,
it
could
have
finished
really
badly.
She
We
were
also
initially
sent
a
waiter
who
speaks
no
English,
which
was
extremely
unprefosianal
as
he
didn't
even
know
the
menu
(in
French
nor
in
English),
and
we
had
to
ask
for
a
replacement.
In
the
end,
who
seemed
to
be
a
head
waiter
tried
to
fix
the
mistake
by
offering
some
sweets
and
complimentary
dessert,
but
no
one
offered
to
take
off
the
bill
or
reduce
the
price
of
the
dishes
they
got
wrong.
We
didn't
even
eat
the
mixed
grill
as
the
dish
was
just
so
badly
done
and
not
what
expected.
Advice
to
the
restaurant:
Ask
for
allergies,
and
if
a
guest
informs
you
about
theirs,
then
check
until
you
are
100%
sure
as
this
can
finish
in
death.
If
you
advertise
a
dish
on
the
menu
and
you
don't
have
it
in
that
moment,
then
just
say
that
you
don't
and
offer
something
else
instead
of
trying
to
mask
your
mistake
and
hoping
that
the
customer
is
stupid
enough
not
to
remember
what
they
ordered
(if
you
are
advertising
lamb
chops
then
serve
them
eather
than
chicken
liver).
