The best chicken shawerma in Alex.. Really it's the best. BUT..... 1 star deducted because their meat shawerma isn't the best. 1 star deducted because of the unfriendly staff. 1 star deducted because to me it's plain stupidity to even have cheese over shawerma as an option.

I dont like what the girl that receive the orders at sultan ayyub San Stefano branch in food court do. I had 3egp as change and she decided to keep the change without asking me. She needed 2pounds..she said i need 2pounds so i gave her 5egp note..and then never cared to return my 3egp..

Worst staff ever specially san stefano manager is very very bad and giving attitude,you should hire more decent well educated staff who knows how to deal with people with a smile at least also to mention morning staff is good and night are so so ridiculous, pay more to employees from your profit.

They got a lot of very good wraps and specially their specialty which tastes great

Amazing Turkish fast food with great selections. I loved their Shawarma both meat and chicken with extra Turkish sauce and cheese. It does not relate to the usual Shawarma taste you know but it is amazing. Try their special grilled chichen Mosahab so soft and juicy and comes with loaded Basmati rice. Their desert menu is poor and does not taste as amazing as their food note that Turkish deserts are superb and I wish to see more yummy mouth watering deserts like Hot Baklava with Mestiqa ice cream.

Kebabs here is their specialty. Tasty food. Food court in the mall can get busy - hard to find seating sometimes but otherwise food was lovely.

Terrible service, it was good 5 years ago but now it isn't. The prices are deceiving beware of extras in sandwitches, you might end up paying more than 15 LE over in every sandwitch
