I made reservation at the rooftop per whats app for 7 people, it was very complicated, they asked me, if we are couples or mixed group, wanted to know all names of the guests and if it s the first time or not. I asked myself, why so many questions. 3 of our group arrived before us, they already had a seat at the rooftop. When the 4 of us arrived, the receptionist didn t allow us to go up to the rooftop. I called the manager, he told me the reservation got cancelled, because we are to late (when i made the reservation, i told him already, that some people will come later), our friends told us, that there have been enough seats available for all of us, and the restaurant was not bussy at this time. It seems, that they don t need the business and that they can t manage with their mood....

Totally unacceptable. I visited three times and each time was a fiasco. You would think with their reservation system it would be more efficient; however, the absolute opposite is true. Each of my three visits were terribly delayed and the last cancelled after waiting 15 minutes—all because of a very backward way of checking their reservations. A very beautiful location made horrible by lousy management. I was willing to forgive their shortcomings, but after three times with absolutely no improvement on their part, SORRY!

The hotel is suitable for 1 or max 2 nights , standard utilities available, air-conditioning available, TV and cable available. The room furniture is so humble, while the perfect thing is the sea view, no phone I side the room to call reception or room service. The roof is good , food is average (breakfast). Hard drinks are available. Double room for +600 EGP BB

The hotel needs intensive maintenance and the front desk clerk at the 5th floor is such an unprofessional and non welcoming person who always tries to get tips from you for doing nothing, if he gets normal tip; he will treat you terribly. The only good thing about it is the location and the restaurant in the roof and it’s waiters.

I love the hotel,i have been there several times. The location is very good and the staff are friendly. Rooms are clean, and the roof view is great for having breakfast .

Good location but i would go for lower grade to rooms and service. Available parking is an add value too.

Very rude!! I would give it less than one star if I could! The receptionist lady who answered my call hung up the phone on me and had a horrible attitude. Would never recommend it.

My experience as an employ is not bad

The worst hotel ever, I believe it's the worst hotel not just in Alex but all over Egypt. If you are looking for dirty rooms, rude staff, inefficient hotel management that's your place to go. Don't be fooled by the cheap price, you will actually get NOTHING in return. With a little searching you will find the same view - the only good thing about this place - with better hotel experience and convenient price... at least you will be getting some thing in exchange for your money.

It's the first time to try the hotel's restaurant, the night atmosphere is lovely But it lacks some experience with regard to workers and adjustments in the place's decor and attention to it

The rooftop restaurant bar is beautiful on summer nights - open air + alcohol is a rarity in Alexandria. Friendly service ok food - haven't tried the rooms yet tho.
