Worst customer service ever. Won’t refund me after one day in the gym even if it means i lost some money. Won’t help me resell my membership. Said i could switch to a different branch then said I couldn’t. Totally unprofessional and don’t know how to be fair or honest. Also, the gym is HEAVILY crowded and they said it’s not their max capacity??? You have to wait for your turn on each machine which isn’t even close to worth it in any gym. The music is super loud you can barely hear yourself. Save your money and subscribe somewhere else. Total waste of money. The sales team only care about money, they don’t care about customer service at all. Gym management as well. Highly highly overrated place.

They closed gym without any information about subscription they told us they will maintenance but nothing happened, gym now empty and don't answer to any number to get back our money. my subscription still have at least 6 months
