The place itself is nice. However the team of coaches there are really rude to whoever doesn’t pay them for their sessions. They can see you working out on a machine and throw your things away so that the person they train can workout in your place.. If you are a girl, definitely never go there. I have taken there my sisters and some of my friends and they are looked at by the staff and the majority of the men subscribers as if they never saw any woman existing before. The coaches are suddenly nice when its a girl and trying to help to get their numbers and the machines girls work on are suddenly the busiest in the gym. This happened too many times that my sisters no longer want to workout with me or use any of my invitations because of how comfortable the situation is. Same exact things happened with my friends that I was so embarrassed that I invited them to this gym. There are many better options around with a slightly higher price. I really recommend avoiding this gym and going for the others.

It fails to be consistent with their cardio classes, and they have a policy of less than three members show up the class gets cancelled. Which is something they never share with you until later. I have been there for a year and never saw one spinning class running. The equipment is very modern and easy to use after the first 1 or 2 times and the packages are quite affordable especially when there is a sale going on I reccomend you check it out if your looking for a gym in the 5th settlement. And there is also a branch in cairo festival city.

Amazing gym and very spacious with manny machines. However, there is little diversity between dumbells and a couple machines are broken and missing parts and stuff. By little diversity between dumbells I mean that it jumps from 2.5 to 5 to 7.5 to 10 to 25 to 50 to 75 and like that.. the rest is amazing and the facilities are clean. There is alcohol spray at every station for free to use to sanitize the machine your using.

Great gym with a lot of machines for each muscle and a lot of cardio machines, but there are a couple of basic issues, such as the gym is not very organised and is usually crowded with difficult parking at all times. Aside from that, it's a great gym with an amazing supportive community and trainers.

Not as crowded as other gyms however since corona virus the number of people hitting the gym regularly has increased considerably. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Slightly pushy when it comes to convincing you about personal trainers but not overly annoying and still much better than other places. Not cheap but much better value for money that more expensive alternatives. Parking isn’t too hard most of the time. A drawback is that the gym isn’t open 24/7 like some others but it’s not a common feature in Egypt sadly. All in all very satisfied with the experience.
