It's the best crossfit box in town with the amazing coach Nazli Mahmoud the fittest woman in Egypt.

By far, the best gym I've ever visited and used. Staff is very knowledgeable, caring and cautious, equipment is in great condition and well maintained, and the atmosphere is very motivating and yet supportive.

After One month and half of training I suffered a shoulder injury and the reaction of the owner was offensive. For a beginner, the training is too hard without taking into account differences in levels. A beginner, who needs to rest or fails to push the limits, is the subject of blame and sometimes mockery.

The trainers take care of you no matter your level of fitness But a bit pricey

This place literally changed life. Highly recommended for everyone starting 7 years to 99 years. They have ladies-only classes, kids classes, teens classes and advanced classes. The owner of the place is a certified coach with a vast experience in this field in Egypt and abroad. She is always there in the box supervising and training.
