Good gym and the aerobics classes schedule include lot of varieties and almost most of the time you will find classes you like Outdoor swimming pool available for gym members but not sure it’s heated

The gym is spacious and has all the needed equipment. A very big outdoors pool, a full room for cross fit with all the equipment. A separate ladies area having most of the needed equipment. There is sauna, steam and uscissi as well. The group classes is the only thing that has room for improvement, other than that everything is perfect.

Back in the days it was one of the best in Maadi, unfortunately it’s not the case anymore, clearly lacks maintenance and is very crowded. Well priced though and the lockers are very decent. A bit subjective opinion but couldn’t find it encouraging for training.
