The work these people do is amazing. They care for so many animals and their education programs are great! Well worth a visit

Here the sick and abandoned animals are lovingly cared for. This is a great facility. The staff is very friendly and explains everything. I'm excited about it. You can even watch an operation. We visit this animal shelter once a year. Cats, dogs, horses, birds and turtles are cared for here. Respect to the entire team and the doctors for their tireless efforts. We always donate because I know how my money is being used and not wasted.

We were warmly welcomed during our spontaneous visit. It's nice to see that there is a place in Egypt where the animals are treated so well. Worth every donation!

Please visit this charity if you are in Luxor. They survive on private donations and do an excellent job. Educating the young on how to treat animals, looking after badly treated animals all for no charge..

This hospital and its staff are amazing, the care and help they give freely is such a help, I cannot praise them or thank them enough. Take your animal to be spayed or neutured and you will be greeted by friendly people who will do this operation while you are wait (mostly in an hour depending on how many waiting), sit and have a tea or coffee and then take your animal home. Make a donation if you can, if not no one will expect you to give if you can't. Beautiful people! They treat all animals here, dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, tortoises, cows, without exception. They are doing an excellent job in Luxor. They have several animals in their care and their veterinarians are always busy with frequent visits from the locals. Well worth a visit.

I was surprised as an egyptian and working on luxor that the city have such an organisation of taking care of animals for absolutely free … this is not very common in egypt , i have found new born 4 kittens without their mother on my working area at luxor i took care of them as much as i could for 2 days but according to my work situation i had to search for someone specialist to take care of the kittens since they need a very special care … i searched and found ACE and i visited them with the kittens i was really amazed by the place and the staff there they accepted my kittens immediately , and i knew that this place is base funded by charity so i encourage everyone can help this place doing a small donation because its really worth it

No one has bothered to contact me regarding this dog that needs help. She had puppies a few weeks ago and is staying in a broken building. Please can you fetch them from El Ramla next to Dream Villa.

ACE animal care in Luxor is amazing - they are doing great things. We showed up annanounced for a visit and were taken on a lovely tour of the facilities by a friendly volunteer. They take excellent care of the animals there and it's reassuring to know there are compassionate people in Egypt looking out for the welfare of animals.

Heartwarming. Shown around by a very knowledgeable staff member. They do incredible work, provide free vet care, educational services. They arrange pet adoptions for puppies and street dogs. We left feeling humbled. They exist on donations and compassion for animals. They are amazing. A must visit if you are in luxor.

Found a sick, abandoned, puppy who was full of mange and they stayed open late to let us bring it to them. You can tell they truly care about the animals. I will be donating to them. Highly reputable rescue which is hard to find these days.
