The air condition isn't working in a very hot day. The prices are slightly higher than any other hyper market. Price tags are always under the wrong item, its very hard to know the price of the product, more and above there's only one price scanner in the market and its not performing well. I've decided to buy some groceries from there because i had a points from Vodafone about to be expired, and they took around 5 min going through the process to proceed with the redemption. So I don't go there often and after my visit i believe i won't ever go again. NB: my experience based on one time visit and i don't know if this what they will ever be.

Most items in arena mall branch are not available and they are short staffed. So you will have to help yourself and stand in long queue on the cashier desk.

The place was very vast for no reason as the divisions were repeated, every where you can face a chocolate division with the same products for example. Cashier was rude.

The prices displayed on the shelves do not match the final prices on the receipt at the supermarket. As an example, yogurt was labeled as 45 EGP, but the receipt shows it as 62 EGP. When I inquired about this discrepancy, the customer service mentioned that the price printer was not functioning properly. It's quite amusing, to say the least.

Spinneys is a super nice market with a good selection of all types of food, toiletries, and some kitchen/housewares like bath towels. They have a butchery in the back, and a large vegetable selection too. They are right around the corner from 106 Town Center Mall.

From experience it is the most organized supermarket in Cairo, prices also are below average, I highly recommend it.
