    Extremely slow! 1 customer sits with the customer service agent for about 60 minutes and the other one 45 minutes, we are all 6 persons in the branch. And everyone takes that huge time.. Why?.. not enough chairs for waiting customers, ticket system doesn't work at all,l. It's only for decoration. The security man is (the ticket system) he is responsible for organizing people.
