Coming
from
an
Italian
background,
I
must
say
that
the
ambiance
of
your
establishment
is
truly
beautiful
and
well-decorated.
The
food
also
shows
promise,
and
there's
clear
potential
here.
However,
when
it
comes
to
Italian
cuisine,
authenticity
is
key.
I
understand
the
challenges
of
sourcing
Italian
products
in
Egypt
due
to
import
taxes,
but
overcooking
pasta
to
the
point
where
it's
mushy
is
a
disappointment.
Pasta
should
be
cooked
al
dente
for
that
authentic
texture
and
flavor.
On
a
brighter
note,
the
fritto
misto
was
delightful,
and
the
Baba
was
delicious
–
compliments
to
the
chef
for
those
dishes.
Unfortunately,
the
service
fell
short.
Our
waiter
seemed
uninformed
about
the
menu,
which
is
a
significant
drawback.
Additionally,
the
noise
from
the
kitchen
staff
was
disruptive,
and
the
constant
presence
of
waiters
rushing
around
detracted
from
the
dining
experience.
Moreover,
cleanliness
is
paramount
in
a
restaurant
of
this
caliber.
The
bathroom
had
an
unpleasant
odor,
and
the
table
lamps
were
noticeably
dirty
and
sticky.
In
summary,
while
there
are
positive
aspects
to
your
establishment,
there's
considerable
room
for
improvement
to
truly
capture
the
essence
of
Italian
authenticity.
