First of all our stay at this hotel did not fascinate us as we expected. we upgraded the rooms in a junior suite (1207 room number) which is not something to be surprised. the toilet was dirty and the room was not cleaned as befits this hotel. staff solid and quite ok. Food horrible for people coming from Europe, absolutely nothing to be able to enjoy during any meal, maximum based on local guests which is not ok for the price you pay. We did enjoy our holiday here, however not enough entertainment for the kids like other resorts in the area. Food is good- not great, there are a few restaurants to choose from. Would recommend to visit Alif Leila wa Leila show (horse and camel rides, belly dancing and a flaming show!)-discounted price for Albatross guest. Massage service are overpriced, you can get better price (exactly the same treatment) just down the road. I would not go back to this resort, as I feel there are plenty of resorts in there area that offer far more.
