Very
bad
experience
and
don’t
think
will
do
it
again.
I
made
three
order
to
be
paid
one
time
but
they
are
treating
them
as
three
separate
orders.
The
call
center
is
very
very
very
very
bad!!!
They
don’t
know
nothing
about
customer
service
and
every
call
they
give
me
different
update
than
the
previous
call
!
Not
professional
at
all
as
they
are
treating
the
customers
as
they
are
kids.
They
are
not
helpful
at
all!!
They
delivered
2
order
after
6
days
(
they
said
the
orders
should
reach
customers
between
3
to
7
working
days).
I
made
a
complaint
as
the
third
order
was
late
and
I
received
a
call
from
Raya
(not
the
call
center)
apologies
for
the
delay
and
she
said
the
order
will
reach
you
today
(Thursday)
and
she
said
she
will
call
again
to
confirm
and
she
didn’t
(no
respecting
the
customers
at
all
and
treat
them
like
a
kid).
The
third
order
reach
me
on
Tuesday
next
week
(after
15
days
from
order
date)
.
Raya
called
me
again
to
apologise
and
I
asked
for
compensation
for
the
delay
and
they
said
no
compensation
and
we
are
calling
you
to
apologise
only.
Also
not
professional
in
calming
down
an
angry
customer.
Another
thing
the
logistics
team
send
you
a
message
that
your
order
will
reach
you
today!!!
The
driver
called
me
and
told
me
15
mins
and
I
will
be
there!!!
I
was
not
at
home
at
that
time
!!
And
asked
to
come
2
or
3
hour
later
so
I
can
be
there
and
he
refused
as
he
has
a
scheduled
distribution
over
the
city!!!
Very
very
bad
experience!!!
I
had

feeling
that
the
order
will
not
reaching
me
while
the
payment
already
deducted
from
the
credit
card!!
