A bit crowded but great service. Takes around 2-2.5 hours total. After you submit you wait an hour to collect it, but you can pay "someone" like 50 pounds and they'll get it for you in a couple of minutes 😄

Quick and organized service to issue the international driving permit for Egyptians. Required documents to go with: Copy of passport, National ID and local driving license along with the original documents. Very prestigious place to go for dinner. Unfortunately the roof was under renovation. You can take appetizers and drinks until your dinner order is ready. Then move to the dining room. The Labna with bluecheese dip is very good

My family have been members for generations. It was my first time visiting. It was a nice place to enjoy drink and some Meza. Quiet and break from the crowds of Cairo. You must be a member to visit the restaurant and cafe. They also provide international driving license.

Worst experience ever !!! They are just unprofessional , the guy handling the car to me ( Mohammad Kareem) was so impolite , I kept waiting for almost 1 hr. To pick up the car. I have been dealing with car rental companies in Dubai for more that 15 years , I never faced this !! Will never come back again !

Having arrived with my car in the port of Alexandria, I discovered what it should have been an International and valid document (which Automobile & Touring Club of Egypt (A&TCoE) is a subscribed member, is not really recognized by Customs officials and you need an "validation letter" issued by the A&TCoE (for a fee of 1,000EGP) to validate the Carne De Passage (CPD) or Tripkit as it called in Egypt, something absolutely ridiculous as the A&TCoE is valid and active subscribed member of The l'Alliance Internationale de Tourisme / Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (AIT/FIA) which is the International Organizational body that advocates and maintains oversight of CPDs. Furthermore, the A&TCoE, has NO FACILITY to provide such a service in their Alexandria Office, instead you are left with the ONLY option to travel to the main offices in Cairo, a distance of more that 200km away from Alexandria! Oh, did I mentioned they are only open only 2 times per week? Poor, very poor service!
