First time to visit Espresso Lab and I really liked the wide selection of hot and cold drinks as well as the dessert. We tried Latte, hot chocolate with brownies, Taylor’s lemon green tea, lazy cake and brownies. All tasted rich and delicious. The vibes at Mall of Egypt branch is very nice, decor is trendy and plenty seating space. Many thanks for the friendly and professional staff Mahmoud, Ahmed, Ali, Mohamed and all team. You made our first time experience very enjoyable and tasty :-) Update on 5th September based on recent visit to City Stars branch: I visited Espresso Lab Mall of Egypt weeks ago and liked their food and beverage so decided to take my family to City Stars branch last Monday. I was disappointed from the food and beverage experience; latte tasted horrible, lazy cake was not really good and the chocolate muffin was not the best version to taste. I questioned the reason behind bad coffee taste compared to what I had in Mall of Egypt; i was told that the company changed the coffee beans brand so please if anyone from the management read this review, please bring back the original coffee beans brand which was really tasty and much better compared to other brands including Starbucks.

caramel macchiato coffee was tasty but their service is terrible the cashier is impolite and acting as a funny guy. This is unprofessional

Espresso and flat white were horrible. I don’t know where you guys take the beans, but change that. Cakes are super old, falling apart on the vitrines.

This place literally was amazing and the most tasting specialisty coffees in Egypt 👌 even i and my friend were late but staff was so kind and we had a nice mocha and hot chocolate with cream. I think small details is a good point around and the view really beautiful on ski Egypt 😅 It's not just a coffee it's a perfect place to have date or just spend a good time. Note: prices aren't expensive but there's a tax

Worst espresso i’ve ever had!!! Not recommended

Ordered a chocolate cake which was super dry and when I told them about it they said it needs to be heated. Came back horrible as you can see in the picture. Lets say not the best experience after 3 years I assumed they quality will be similar as before but yea very disappointed.

Their coffee is tasty but their service is terrible the cashier is not friendly and bluffing! I thought it would be my favorite place after boycotting Starbucks, but no way they need a decade to get to Starbucks customer service!

Excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere and good view on the ski egypt arena , staff are very friendly and helpful , i really enjoyed my experience there and i would definitely come back, also would highly recommend the caramel machiato hot or iced
