Cant call it a bank worst C.S ever they know nothing

Could get a better review, but the security are so unprofessional and arrogant communicating without any respectful manners... Never to forget that you get your waiting number at the entrance but the queuing system aint in function, so the tellers will call the numbers load as if i a traditional market

One of the worst Bank I came across in Egypt . Every time I had to make a trip to the branch the stuff is very rude specially the management on deposit in . or taking money . I have Tow account One in euro the second one in pound disturbing every time I tried to deposit money in or out account the stuff are rude to me and my sister I do a lot of bank transfer as well if you wanna ask me about anything or you need a help you don’t know anything just to make it complicated for you to leave I will advise anyone to use this bank is one of the worst pains in the world .
