We used Ramadhka Tours for all our excursions the week we were in cairo. We went to Luxor , Cairo and Dolphin House with Ahmed as our driver. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable making both long bus trips private. The trip to Luxor was brilliant with extra stops being made not included on the excursion including stopping in the city streets to get sugarcane drunk. Ahmed noticed I was a coffee drinker and made stops for my caffeine fix as well is obtaining a packet of coffee to take home. The guides were brilliant and I cannot recommend this company enough!

Went on the day trip from hurghada to Cairo. The day is long, it starts at 1am with a pickup from the hotel and you get to Cairo around 6-7am. The minibus is small and comfortable with space for around ten passengers. The two staff swap driving throughout the tour and they do drive fast but safe. Once in Cairo it's crazy driving from everyone and if you've not been in a city that size it can be quite something! It's a fast paced day with a boat trip, visit to the Egyptian museum and the pyramids with a few hours in each spot. The guides they have meet you in Cairo and they're excellent, as the tour group is small it does make it a lot more personal; the English is also excellent from the guides. Cairo is very full on with lots of people trying to sell you things but the guides make you feel safe. Watch out if you give your phone to someone for a photo they will want a tip! Extras on top of the day trip are the boat cruise (probably not worth it to be honest due to lack of sites and it's only twenty minutes) going into a pyramid and a camel ride. I did all three and would recommend going into a pyramid plus the camel ride. Overall a really good but long day out and it's roughly twenty two hours your on the road for.
