I will be consulting with my travel insurance and legal representatives when I am back on my feet. If the results had been obtained in the designated time slot I would not need more tests in this hospital. Disappointed is not the word I would use to describe my experience. one star is too much .. i visited this hospital not long time ago and i hope i will never ever visit it again .. the charge way too much money and the service they provide is a joke the charged 120 euro for consultation and all what the doctor used was stethoscope and a very old mercurial thermometer they put under the armpit for FIVE minutes !! and they say we use the latest technology in our hospital what kind of technology is this !! they didnt even borther to do other checks on the body.. we waited for about three hours for the report and when we questioned the staff they said there are emergency situation while the hospital was all most empty , then we had to wait for about two hours for the medicine and the fee for it was crazy comparing to the original price .. they charge 60 euros transfer although we shared the transfer with other people , for them is not about helping people but is about making money form people .. the only good thing about it was some staff were a bit friendly other than that nothing , hope not too visit again

The staff, facilities and quality of care was absolutely wonderful (this extends to the wonderful way they treated my partner, even making her food whilst she was with me in the day). It was really eye opening when I was finally allowed to fly back to the UK how much worse the care was back in the UK. Bei einer Kopfverletzung musste der "Pfleger" erneut wieder dran weil es wieder geblutet hat und es nicht richtig verschlossen wurde. Auf die Wunde wurde einfach ein Verband drum gemacht ohne eine Kompresse oder ähnlichen darunter zu legen. Tja Wunde verklebt mit dem Verband und ich bin in Deutschland halb gestorben als der Arzt den Verband von meiner Haut bzw Wunde abreißen musste.Wir reden hier von kleinen Schürfwunden die in 30 sek verschlossen sein müssen. Am Ende wollten die mich noch für 90 Dollar Röntgen, doch bevor ich mir Krebs hole ging ich zurück zum Hotel. Da die medizinische Versorgung( Verband und Pflaster) soooooo schlecht war und ich Angst vor einer Entzündung bzw. Infektion hatte musste ich 5 Tage vorher zurück fliegen. Wegen einem Verband der komplett durchnässt ist und in Deutschland voller Eiter war. Als die deutschen Ärzte das sahen waren sie sehr geschockt. Ich weiß Ägypten ist nicht Deutschland aber einen Verband zu machen ist wirklich das aller aller mindeste, grade in einem Touristen Ort. Das lustige war, dass die von mir für diese Leistung 270 Dollar nehmen wollten. Ich bin fast ausgerastet. Dann haben die das auf 170 gemacht was eine Frechheit ist. Wenn man mich angesehen hätte würde man denken ich komm aus dem Krieg. Diesen verband bekommt jede 6 jährige besser hin. 120 Euro für ein Arzt Untersuchung die 3 fragen beinhaltet, 50 Dollar für einen schrott Verband, 60 Dollar das ich für 2 h den Notfall Raum nutzte und davon 1 h gewartet habe.
