I recently discovered this place and I love it so much. It has a second floor divided to smoking and non smoking areas and outdoor seating area. It's very cozy and comfortable if you're alone. I usually don't eat a lot when I am alone so I tried quesadillas, pizza, waffle and coffee so far and all of them were very good. Maybe I will try pasta or some main course. The prices are very good since it's not as expensive as everywhere right now. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have a very good playlist too.

Probably the most "efficient" place for a casual hangout. We did not try any food though, just soft drinks. Air-conditioned. TV available. Mediocre atmosphere but very practical and comfy seats and small sofa. The service is quick enough and decent. Clean bathroom and very good prices without any extra VAT or service, which was quite surprising.

I had a pleasant experience at Old streat. The meal was tasty & the portion was more than enough & reasonably priced. The manager was extremely friendly & welcoming. I would definitely recommend it😍

Old style tranquility at its best. The overall atmosphere is invitingly cosy with seating and decor to compliment this statement. If you are alone, and you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, or if you just need to get away from it all,do escape to Old Street Cafe. Absorb the music, get lost in the stories the old photographs tell you and be transported to times of peaceful grandeur. You'd be back soon enough. 💕

We came across this place by chance after walking in the heat from the citadel. This place has atmosphere. If you don't like to be around people smoking this is not for you. We had cold and hot drinks. Plus the bathrooms are exceptionally clean.

Good food but slow service ,you finish your dinner till the tea come ,you finish all dinner till they bring bread

One of the recommended places in Alexandria. To be honest, we only tasted their pizza which was below average and excessively expensive compared to its quality. One of the waitresses wasn't friendly at all. And the most negative aspect of the place is that there is no room for non-smokers! In both floors of the restaurant people are smoking cigarettes or Shisha, a cloud of smoke is all around the area! It was the first and last time we tried it.

What a wonderful restaurant, walking distance from our hotel Paradise Inn Le Metropole....so good we went back a second time. The food is fresh, delicious, large serves and value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful....highly recommend when you are in Alexandria.

One of the best places in Alexandria. Highly recommended, whether you’re on your own or in a group, you’ll enjoy your time there. The place is cozy, bathrooms are clean, portraits on the wall are amazing, has a unique vintage modern vibe and prices are very reasonable with the quality given. I’ve tried different options from appetizers, pizzas, drinks and main courses; loved each one of them. Staff very friendly and welcoming, made me want to revisit each time. Recommending Chicken Alfredo pizza, the Old street Chicken main course and Oriental breakfast. 10/10

Great place, cozy furniture, really liked the food as well, on top of that prices were reasonable. I like the vintage style of the place, really recommend for a casual hangout with friends or to study. Staff is responsive, food comes in quick, there's a neat buzzer for your convenience when you need anything. It's just the ventilation that could be little better you feel sleepy after a while. Plus, staff got real frowny and took forever when I wanted to pay by card and he (the waiter) proceeded to scratch his nails on the card thinking the card was faulty while he clearly didn't know how to use the card in their machine! Really unprofessional and not so smooth gesture by them. Hopefully next time they can be more cheerful. But overall you'll have great time

Food was good with reasonable prices, but if you don't smoke, don't come here. It was too cold to eat outside and inside I had 3 smokers around me. Service looked at me for 10m before it understood that I wanted my change and the 30% extra was not a tip.

That was the first place in Egypt when I was satisfied with food. But next morning service became worse. Long awaiting and they brought different than I ordered.
