A nice place to go for a day trip from Dahab. It is a 20 minute boat journey from next to the blue hole. There is a long empty beach with a few places where you can find food and drinks or a hammock to lie in. The water colour is great and there is the backdrop of the desert mountains. Snorkelling is very good.

The place is one of the most beautiful and amazing places for diving and snorkeling in the whole world 🌎 It's recommended to book all the activities beforehand to avoid being scammed by regular drivers and pick ups on the road. Also have your beach shoes, goggles with you. You'll have the best snorkeling 🤿 experience ever, with a variety of fauna and coral reefs are breathtaking. You have to bring all your snacks and water with you because everything is insanely overpriced as there are no supermarkets. For example you can pay 50EGP for a bottle of water.

Lovely deserted island feelgood spot with lots of small wooden accomodation cabins, simple and mellow vibes, great snorkeling and just a general feeling of being away from it all. Hike or take a boat (100LE) from the blue hole to get there. Stay the night if you have the chance and star gaze and just have a deserted island feelgood night

A quiet beach, nice to reach by boat from the blue hole, for a short rest.

Abu Galoum is a nature preserve area with an incredible atmosphere and the water is crystal clear waters. You can have there snorkeling, diving and swimming 🏊. The place is so perfect for the person who is looking for a place to have peace in mind. People who cherish the nature and environment will have the chance to be in heaven once they are there. The locals there are very friendly and welcoming people. There're many cafés and restaurants which are serving local food menu and a variety of sandwiches and drinks. I highly recommend this place to be visited once you are in Dahab.

Bedouin place to live the natural world with the most pure people, The place is safe have all the amenities ( The Toilet, snakes, drinks, meals). People are kind and helpful. No tickets for entrance; all you have to do is request a drink to enjoy all the facility. Average the drink is 20-50 LE

Always a favorite of mine, the nature is perfect between the mountains and the sea, and the reef for snorkeling is amazing. I'd recommend staying a night there under the starz and its not expensive but not that services are minimum if you are looking for anything luxurious i wouldn't recommend Also recommend taking a hike from blue hole, so worth it

The most beautiful place on earth, at least for me, the natural protectorate will connect you with nature in a way you have never experienced before. It's a bit physically demanding, so I don't recommend it as a family destination.

The most secluded and quiet place in Dahab This is a camping area so access to drinking and fresh water to shower along with toilets is limited But view, desert and diving is the best

A trip back in time. Rustic huts with minimal facilities for people who like to go out to see beautiful corals and stars at night (no light pollution, so you can actually see the milky way during the right season which is May onwards). Lots of camping hotels to choose from. Food is very restricted as there are no proper restaurants around. Blue Lagoon is a short distance away and can be combined with snorkeling in both places Expect VERY basic toilets and showers with no pressure

I liked how it's calm and the landscape was great but the water doesn't compare to any place else in Dahab .. didn't like swimming there

Calm and peaceful place and nice people. ( meditation - yoga - swimming - snorkeling - Seeing the stars in the night - deep sleeping ) it is the best choice for these activities, Also I recommend (Aqua Camp) in Abu Galoum, the camp is very nice, the service is excellent and very friendly staff. See the photos ✨
