We wanted to stay close to the pyramids and we read good reviews about the Pyramids View Inn. The view from the rooftop balcony is beautiful and we watched the Sound and Light show from the rooftop our first night there. I am only giving 4 stars because the first night they overbooked so instead of giving us the balcony room we paid for, we got a different room without a window. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the balcony views so the first night was disappointing. They did change our room the next day which was a much better room. The people working at the hotel were great - always helpful. The people outside the hotel were not so great - since it is so close to the pyramids any time you leave the hotel you are bombarded with locals trying to sell you something or begging. We actually left 2 days early and booked a different hotel due to the hassle we felt every time we left the hotel. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel but we would probably not stay here again due to the area around the hotel.

The staff were nice, the view was great. Although my trip got ruined , DO NOT BOOK THERE TOURS! Their tour guide was a huge scammer. Practically forced me to buy beads from a “queens tomb”😂 such lies! She made the whole day about her and took me to multiple shops so I give her friends money and make up a huge lie and used my own beliefs against me honestly i will never go egypt again it was not the experience I hoped for told me to be 5 minutes or less in the pyramid when that was the only reason I went to Cairo. Honestly never tipped her it was the worst experience a tour guide has given me.

They gave me a dirty room at check in. The bed was soiled and reeked of a dirty man and the other bed smelled like stale mold! In addition I told them to keep my info private because I have been the victim of fraud by a "guide" and to not reveal I was a there and they did the complete opposite. They were banging on my door at 6am three separate times to try to force me to go with him! Unnaceptable. They also refuse to give me any info about what I ask. Conspirators

It was exactly what I was hoping for. Our room had a perfect view of the pyramids....at night we could see them lit up from our bed! If we walked up to the rooftop terrace, it was even more mesmerizing. We stayed in early Feb 2022, and we always had plenty of hot water. The staff was helpful and friendly, thanks Kamal Ali. The traditional Egyptian breakfast was more than we expected. Lots of food! Later we walked down the street and had lunch in Pizza Hut, which also had an amazing view of the pyramids. We're actually going back in a few weeks with my son, so we can show him the pyramids. I can't wait.

Be careful when booking this hotel. The rooms do not have clear views of the pyramid as stated, and there is no hot or warm water. Cairo during the spring, autumn and winter is not hot enough to be showering in ice cold water. Was not informed in advance that the roof terrace was actually not open, and so we also did not have access to this when we were there. Felt a bit cheated for the price, really.

One word "EPIC"!, I celebrated my 50th birthday & pre-retirement . Would like to say to samy thanks for quick response when I email. It was homecoming for me and my wife. The staff here provided superb service. Adel provided breakfast on the roof with smile 😃. Kamal said "just let me know , I got you" and he did. Islam our driver can drive in that crazy Cairo traffic and he is my new fishing buddy. Now these two gentlemen Abdullah(Cairo) & Ahmed(Luxor ) are the reason we are coming back. They talk with so much passion of the history and culture. I absorbed such much culture. The very best tour guides I highly recommend. Me & wife felt like family then a tourist. Thanks from the bottom of my ❤. Love Mr. & Mrs.Johnson

We stayed here in June and had an overall great time. This inn has arguably some of the best views of the Pyramids and the Sphinx. It's also perfectly located to watch the light show. All of the staff were very nice. We received a free airport pick up with our stay and the driver was kind and professional. We received free breakfast with an incredible rooftop view. The chef was warm and jolly. I can't recall her name, but there is a very nice woman from Switzerland who works there and she always offered us free tea while we sat on the rooftop. Kamal was also very nice and gave us a late check out. The location is very loud, the internet didn't work well in our room (we were kind of far from the modem) and the rooms are very basic. This is why we didn't rate it 5 stars all around. However, if you want to stay somewhere very close to the Pyramids and with nice staff then this is a good choice.

We stayed in November 2021. After two weeks in Egypt and having stayed in several 5-star hotels, we still felt this little B&B was the best overall. No fancy pool and a small room, etc. but cozy, clean, with friendly people, great views, and wonderful European breakfast. The entrance to the Giza pyramids (cost 200 pounds each ) is a block down the street. Beware the hawkers trying to become your guide. The price per night was low at about $45.00 per night with breakfast for the pyramid view room. We stayed two nights so got a free pickup at the Cario Airport. That is a $15.00 value if you were to use Uber and $25.00 or more from the airport hawkers. Always use Uber or Careem (owned by Uber) while in Egypt for a no rip-off ride.

I enjoyed my stay here. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily, and they are also very spacious. The hotel room was modern and clean. I always appreciated the fresh white bedding in the hotel. Friendly staff Jimmy is the best 😍😍overall, I enjoyed my stay, will be back.

Incredible view from our own private balcony. And the free breakfast on the rooftop has an even grander unobstructed view of the pyramids and the sphynx. This is absolutely a must if you want to do egypt right! The host kamal ali made sure we had everything we needed and all of the lovely female staff were more than helpful and insisted on carrying every single bag for our group. The service was as incredible as the majestic view!

I loved staying at the Pyramid View Inn. The location was convenient and safe. But the best part of my stay was Samy and Kamal. They were so good to my friend and I. Made sure we had everything we needed in the room, gave us directions and their airport pick up was also amazing and on time. The hotel and our room was ALWAYS clean. But let’s talk about the view OMG we had everything the Sphinx and pyramids right outside of our private balcony. Sunrise and sunsets where the best from out room. I definitely recommend you stay with them if you visit Giza.

This maybe Giza's best kept secret. One of the top locations with an incredible view of the pyramids. Considering the affordable rates this place deserves 5 stars. Dinner on the roof is an event as you can watch the Pyramids Light Show at no extra cost. Friendly staff but Moni is outstanding. She will go out of her way to answer any questions and be of help. Say hello to Moni when you get there.

(Translated by Google) If you are in Giza, this is the best place! It's really worth it to get a room with a view of the pyramids, you will literally be facing the pyramids, with no obstacles in your vision and you can see them from your own room! The staff are very friendly and kind, always willing to make your stay the best possible! Special thanks to my friend Kamal and also to Abdullah, grade 10!!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and any shortcomings it may have are far outweighed by the convenient location and spectacular view of the Pyramids. The staff are very honest, friendly, family-orientated and welcoming, the rooftop breakfast is amazing and the rooms are basic but very clean.
