Used them for Airport pick-up at Cairo. While booking the transfer online from our home country, we received an error message indicating that the card payment had failed while the money was deducted from our account. However, upon emailing them, the company promptly confirmed the booking acknowledging that the technical error was on their part, which put our mind at ease. The remainder of the experience was pleasant. The driver sent us a message as soon as we landed in Cairo. The communication was clear and the vehicle was in good condition. We made our way to the hotel through the notorious traffic without any problem. One of our family members opted for their meet & greet service with immigration assistance. This service was expensive but our experience was positive once again! We will recommend this company to everyone.

We were very lucky to have Mohamed Hassan Mustafa as our driver from Cairo airport to our accommodation. Communication was excellent and he confirmed where he would be waiting to meet us. He helped with our luggage and even gave us a mini tour during the drive, pointing out interesting places we drove past and providing us with advice about what to do during our stay in Cairo. Our accommodation was a little difficult to find but he called the property and explained where we were so that someone could come and meet us. Mohamed provided the best driver experience we have ever had and recommend his services highly.

Do not trust them. A complete bait and switch scam. Stay away from them. If you book online for a transfer from airport to hotel, use some other company. We scheduled and paid online and gave all the information of what hotel we were going. Upon arrival they demand more money, tried to make excuses that I booked through a provider first, then the supervisor changed the story that it was do to the distance being longer. By the end of the conversation I heard three other excuses. We paid an additional $25 dollars but swear to let everyone know to stay away. Don’t waste your time diluting the hospitality of such a wonderful country with a company like this. I can only image the scam that they do during there tours. They take you to store where they will upsell you to gain commission for themselves, everywhere you go. They feed you a story how this is a good place. But it’s all for them to make more money.

I booked a ride from Giza to the airport from my hard to find, small boutique hotel. My driver Iman Mohamed not only found the hotel, but even arrived a little early. She easily maneuvered the traffic, not easy in Cairo, and got me to the airport early. Turned out I needed the extra time. She is a great driver.

I arrived two hours late at the meeting point because of a delay of the airplane and long queues at passport control at Cairo airport and I was more or less sure that he already left. But no, he was still there waiting for me with a clear sign with my name on it with and with a welcoming smile. He is also a calm and safe driver as well. Quite disappointing considering the positive comments. Cars are clean, drivers friendly, but the office and the drivers don't communicate clearly. Main problem we had : we intended to book for 6 days, we payed for the first 3 days. There was no payment confirmation, so I had to contact them to ask if they received payment and for details concerning pick up at the airport. The second payment for the Cairo trips didn't work with the link they sent while we were in Egypt. We offered to pay cash but in the morning they didn't send any car, so we took taxis which was quite easy in the end and so much cheaper.

I had the good fortune to have dealt with Rimo Tours airport pick up service, and their driver Ahmed Abdel Fattah. Not only was he on time, he was early. He kept in communication to me by text, where he stated exactly where to see him stationed when I came out the airport doors. Good morning, I've booked a transfer to Cairo Airport from my hotel and nobody appeared to pickup us. There are two problems, first of all nobody answered my messages this morning and yesterday they confirmed by whatsapp. Even yesterday I tried to call you many times and despite the money requested I'm not sure I'll receive it back from you. Nonetheless we had to schedule another taxi and almost lost our flight. No calls, no messages neither an feedback. From now I'll cancell other reservations made with you from booking.com

I would like to testify about the awesome service we received from thiscompany while touring in Egypt. Nour and his colleagues made us feel so welcomed and they assisted us so much from the day we arrived. They have awesome packages for tours to the most fascinating tourist attractions in the country. They assisted us with emergency hotel accommodation and organising PCR tests for us when we could not board our flight due to expired PCR tests. I recently travelled to Cairo Egypt and i used the services of Rimo Tours. I cannot thank them enough for the professional service they provided. They picked me up from the airport and helped with all the formalities and conducted my two days tour so well. They were on time and the driver Ashraf was very nice and accommodating. One small tip i would put forward is to ask for a proper English speaking driver if you prefer and this is something you can ask for whilst you organising your tour with them. He was very nice and a good driver. Our flight arrived later than scheduled and the bags took a long time to get on the belt, but our driver patiently waited and was ready for us the moment we exited. He was great. He communicated with us through WhatsApp the whole time.

We had Ahmed Abdel Fattah as our driver and we couldn't have asked for better. He was very patient. Our flight got delayed and we had to go through customs and arrange our visa + wait for our luggage, and he waited for us, very patiently and very kind. He was professional, and as soon as we met he took care of our bags and walked us to the car. The drive was very comfortable and safe (driving through Cairo is not for everyone, as you'll encounter... believe me). Excellent trip by Remo Tours from the airport to our accomodation. Aslam Yahya was our driver. He texted me when we landed to let us know he was there and to confirm where to meet us. He had to wait quite some time as slowest bag pickup ever. When he dropped us off he came with us to make sure our address was right and to connect us with our doorman. Terrific service.

When we arrived we couldn't find our driver, luckily we managed to talk to the helpdesk which was able to send a driver to us in just a few minutes. Her name was Anna, and she was AWESOME: we basically zoomed like crazy pinballs at 95 km/h through impossible paths in Cairo's traffic and I loved every second of it!
