لا انصح بالتعامل معه unfortunately, I was shocked by the level of the techichals at this place ... I went to them at 28 june 5 pm and my complaint was that my Huawei Mat 7 mobile can not open and did not responding to the charger, the answer from the technical was it must change the screen and the main board costing more than 4 thousand pounds ... and after a lot of negotiation with him ... he told me that this is the only way to fix and open it ... so I take my mobile and checked it at outside mobile store and fixed it by only 160 pound at the same day ... and the proplem was at the power button... only the power button... So i am relly upset from the level of service at Huawei

The internet was disconnected for a long time in the CS centre. So I have to visit the CS AGAIN to resolve my problem as my mobile phone needs a NEW battery and won't be able to use it anymore . However, the CS agent couldn't get the mobile for maintenance due to disconnected network!! I totally depend on my phone to run my work, which will cause additional failure if I also leave it for maintenance for 04 working days

Good Experince over all, Nice staff, said changing screen may take from 1 to 4 days, But they fixed it on the same day. Some staff are new and not ready to meet custmers, other staff are very nice and patient and very attending to customer needs.

When i went to repair my mobile they have accessed to my data which i don't accept that. The damage was hard ware not soft ware and they also have made a post with out my permission
