Overrated and very expensive. They started serving on a dirty tablecloth. I had to asked to replace it. They brought appetiser but no water. I had to ask twice and wait for 10’. The bottle of 0,75l water costed 7 euros! I ordered medium-well done beat fillet. It came burnt. Staff seems lost to the translation. The dining room is depressing. Total disappointment.

Excelente food and service, our server Mina was amazing. This restaurant deserves to be considered one of the most delicious restaurant in this city.

Nowhere near Five star restaurant except the prices, undeservedly so. The lamb and beef were overcooked, the tablecloth was dirty, the service was severely lacking and inattentive. The flavors were very bland, and the decor dated. I wish I had eaten somewhere else. I was asked for my room number twice, as if I didn't belong there. But I was not asked if I was thirsty and when I ordered water it took more than 10 minutes and 7 euros to arrive (750ml) before tax and service. Do yourself a favor and find better and more welcoming venues. Egyptian people elsewhere are much more welcoming than what I felt here.

Very good food , polite staff really helpful always there when you need them even if you are not from the hotel . The price is average but for what you get is okay 👌 if you want a quite place with good food this is the place you need .

Had a disappointing evening meal last night, the food was exceptional and delicious the service started off well but after the main we waited 30 to 40 minutes before we had to ask for the bill, we were going to have desert but decided to leave because of the delay

Pastas are average, veal milanese okay. Average price in European standard.

We came for dinner, first of all my starter came after 45 min and on top a wrong one came, it took another 20 min to get the right one. My main course came half an hour later so literally my dinner was after 1.5 hours. The shrimp were big but the accompiments with it was not even enough for a 5 year old. The fettuccine pasta was damn blend and seemed like not cooked enough that my wife left it after few bites. I would rate the pasta as 2/10. Horrible service at the Blue restaurant. They are only good for breakfast. The osmani restaurant at Kempinski is way better than this one.

Soulless hotel restaurant with no atmosphere. Asked for their only champagne, which of course was not available. My bruschetta was soggy and weird, my husbands carpaccio was meant to have truffle oil, this was non existent. Husbands steak arrived cold, my food didn’t turn up. We sent steak back and asked for both meals together. His steak returned minus the sides and peppercorn sauce. My risotto was tasty but huge.We had lost the will to live by this point and he just ate the steak minus the sides. Poor experience and felt like we wasted a night in Cairo on this place.
