I booked a one night Nile cruise organized by Nice Tours, through Get your Guide booking agency. Communication with the tour operator was definitely not good. They had never answered to emails and calls. The didn't answer event to Get your Guide. We had to write lot of WhatsApp messages and wait hours to have a reply. Nobody contact us telling the name of the boat or pick up time. We always had to write messages and wait till the last minute to have details. They told us the name of the boat just one hour before the check in. The car was very late at Luxor, we had to wait more than one hour and half. Cruise ship was a little rundown but meals and the guides were good. The cruise value for the price but the communication was terrible and made us anxious all the time.

I love to give all the stars of the world to each business that understands how important communication is between them and the customer. To those who believe on the sense of urgency, empathy and care towards customers who plan their trips, dream about them and delegate that sacred chore to the chosen travel agency. I have called, emailed and almost begged Viator for answers about my reservation through Nice Tours, I have attempted several times to reach out to them directly and no one has gotten back to me since I made my reservation almost a month ago. Would you travel or use an agency that does not get back to you when critical information is needed before your trip?. Please note I have not travel yet, my reservation is still pending to be canceled by the end of this week, So why am I publishing this then? Simply for them to think about improving. I believe Nice Tours might be a good company based on some reviews I have read. I also wished they had answered the phone calls or my emails so I could have given them all the stars a good company deserves but I am not going to take any more risks. I might, perhaps in a near future give them another chance to get a better rating. FYI, the booking was canceled directly by Viator. They apologized for all the inconveniences and proceeded with the cancelation. I have used Viator in the past and they were absolutely fabulous. This time however, they have a great opportunity to improve and correct what went wrong. I truly hope they address this issue and both companies get the benefit of getting great reviews.

I booked a Nile cruise organized by Nice Tours, through Get your Guide booking agency. The communication with the tour operator was horible. They answer at any time but when problems appeared no one answer anymore to our text message and our calls. Get your guide try to help us but Nice Tour never answer to them. Guides were not good at all, poor explanations. The guide leave us in a restaurant and told us someone from the agency will pick us to go to the boat we wait 8 hours without any news. If I didn't call them I had 0 text message, call or emails to tell me there is a problem. We always had to write messages and wait till the last minute to have details. We paid for a double king bed in the room, we had two simples beds. Because of all inconvenients I ask to have the taxi from the boat to the airport for free, they answer yes no problem. Taxi never came, they never answer anymore. This company stole people. I had stressfull Holiday because of them. That is the worst experience ever, worst company ever.

We had a 4 days-3 nights cruise trio from Luxor to Aswan. It was very interesting and comfortable. There were many programs in the package. For example hot air ballon in Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo and Abu Simbel. The contact with Nice Tours was perfect. My communication assistant, Arwa was very kind and helpful. We could speak always on whatsapp. The cruise, Royal Adventure was nice. The staff was very helpful. The chef paid attention to my glutenfree meal. Unfortunately our tour guide, Imil was very bad. He was lazy and only interested in money. Apart from that we had a great time and recommend Nice Tours! 🙂

We booked the Sunrise Hot Air Ballon: it was AMAZING! Totally worth it and an incredible first time (for me at least). We had all that we booked: pickup, ferry with tea/coffee and snack, explanations (Arabic and English), 50mins tour, drop off. We felt in good hands for the whole time. Our coordinator Ahmed and the pilot Antor, as well as the whole crew, were great, and all spoke very well English. As planned (between 40-80mins depending of the weather), we had a 50mins tour above West Banks, and Antor gave us explanations on what we were seeing. We have seen it all! If you like to plan everything in advance (not me, I booked the day before), just be advised that the official pickup time will only be shared the evening before. We selected 4am on our booking, in the end we got the confirmation that it will be 4.50am. They were on time, all was very well-organized. Be ready to see a big basket (between 30 and 40 people): super safe and all under control (ground staff and pilot). We LOVED it, and we would recommend it!

We had an incredible day with Ahmed, he very nice and informative. Everything was excellently organized and communication worked so well. The private car was very comfortable and great driving. We would definitely recommend nice tours for tours

I want to say a huge Thank you to Jackie George our guide from Nice Tours. We just got back from Egypt. Jackie had so much knowledge of the history and every location we visited on Luxor. Treated us like VIP. She made us have the best time ever. Whenever in Egypt ask for her as your guide. We don't give her a 5 star but a 10 star.

From start to finish it was a great experience. I was fortunate enough to go to West Bank with Nice tours 10/17/22. My friend and I were picked up from the hotel on time and our guide was waiting for us and was so friendly when greeting us. We had a private tour, the driver was great and so was the guide! Her energy was just so full of light. Salma was amazing in every sense, if she could be my guide for every tour I go on I would love it. From giving us history lessons to tips she made us feel safe and welcomed. She treated us with such care and was very generous. She was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and took time to answer everything we asked. She went above and beyond I’m so happy I booked the tour and was even more fortunate to have had her as my guide. Guides definitely make or break tours and she was a 10/10! I hope everyone gets to experience a guide like her.

My beautiful vacation in luxor My family and I spent a beautiful vacation in Luxor and visited beautiful archaeological sites. We visited the beautiful tourist bazaars and did some shopping. We went to the temples of Luxor and Karnak, where the beautiful Pharaonic history, and attended the sound and light in the Karnak temple. Then we went to the west bank of the city by boat in the Nile River. We went to the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Valley of the Kings. It really was a very nice trip.

They do not communicate at all. Upon 100 time I called them for balloon tour confirmation they never communicate to me. At last they canceled my tour. I am still waiting for my refund. It's more than 3 days now.

We booked a day trip to cairo for pyramids we were collected on time at our hotel taken to sharm el sheikh Airport where we got a plane to cairo then we were collected outside by rami our private car driver for the day who was very nice and explained our itinerary for the day. We set of to pick up our tour guide rana on the way rami pointed out all different buildings and locations to us and even stopped on a bridge over the river nile so we could get out and take pictures. We then picked up our guide and made our way to the pyramids all the way rana explained what we would be doing and gave us options for more ad ons to the trip. Rana had a wealth of knowledge about everywhere we went and made our experience one to remember Thank you both for a great day Recommend this tour to anyone

The work team contacted me to confirm the booking information and gave me all the information and details so that I could identify the driver. Indeed, upon my arrival and landing, I found the driver waiting at the specified time holding a nice tours sign. And the transfer was very safe and comfortable so really i recommend it .

City of colors what is a wonderful city. It is a Nubian village. I enjoyed very much seeing the houses there and their colors, and we were able to ride a camel and take a tour of it. The food based on Nubian heritage was delicious. We also attended Nubian parties and listened to many Nubian songs. Thank you Nice Tours Company for the organization. I highly recommend it.

It was an amazing day. We had a lot of fun with this experience and the hot air balloon ride. We were able to take many pictures and photos of the landscape from above, and they were amazing. We were also able to see the temples from above. We would like to thank Merna, who was quick to communicate and keen to make sure everything was okay.

We had such a great time on our Felucca ride! Nice Tours was communicative from the start and took care of all the logistics -- thanks again, Elarya!! Our boatman met us at the entrance to our hotel and walked us the short distance to his felucca. Another man working with him offered to get us waters from the market nearby, and then we took off! The ride down the Nile to Banane Island was smooth and calm, lasting about 30 minutes. It was beautiful to see both banks of Luxor from the perspective of the river. We got off at Banane Island and walked past the rows and rows of banana trees. We walked around and went to a shop selling herbs, dried fruit, coffee, and other souvenirs. The main cafe was closed but our guide got us some fresh bananas to enjoy on the boat. We pushed off just in time for the beginning of sunset and took our time sailing back as the sun dropped. We sailed for an hour as it was nice and cool out by this time, and our captain let us take turns steering. It was even more beautiful to see Luxor at sundown and nighttime when all its lights sparkled on the horizon. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

First the good news. Nice Tours Luxor have a great and helpfull back office, knowledgable Guides and a long list of excursions. We have taken two excursions with them in Luxor. The bad news is that we have lost several hours waiting for extra passengers. Leading to lunch at 16:00, visit of Luxor Temple at night and several People who we're too late for other appointments of went tot their hotel before the end. Another bad habit is to extort good online reviews from customers. Pitty that this subtracts so much of a Nice experience.

Pleasant island I and a group of my friends made a trip to Orange Island in Hurghada. What a very amazing island. We enjoyed a lot of the time we spent, as we witnessed the beauty of coral reefs and colorful fish of all kinds. It is really a magical sight. I would like to thank the company a lot for helping us to spend a different time. I recommend the experience with this company.

There was a slight change in the cruise schedule, but everything turned out the best way possible. the person who kept in touch with me, is the best professional: available all the time, always helpful and extremely polite! The experience with Nice Tours was so good that I asked to arrange all my tours in Egypt.

I received a message couple days ago about tour being cancelled due to flight change. When asking for lore information, they have not responded for the tour taking place tomorrow. As a result and reading som reviews here, I cancelled this day trip tour from Cairo to Luxor and subsequently booked my own flights and alternate tours. Do not go with this company unless you want terrible customer service and chance of having your trip ruined. They do not respond to the questions you ask them.

The Nice tours were perfect for what we were looking for. So we managed in just a few days to see the most important places in Luxor. We learned a lot about the history of ancient Egypt from a knowledgeable, educated guide who can provide answers to any questions and beautifully weave historical information into stories, being easy to follow. The guide was very respectful, friendly and nice. Angie provided us with an unforgettable experience.

In May 2022, We booked the 9 day private tour of Cairo, Alexandria, Nile cruise trip through Nice tours for end of August 2022. Two days before it was to begin they refunded our deposit without any explanation and did not respond to messages. Other tour companies were more expensive than the new higher price for our same tour and didn't fit our itinerary so we booked it again paying the higher price only this time through Viator booking agency. Communication was still not good. We had to ask almost every night when the pick up time was for the following morning. Hotel at beginning of tour was excellent and meals in restaurant there very good. Cruise ship was a little rundown but crew was very helpful, buffet was very good. The chef was very helpful to identify gluten free entrees for me. Nice/Sheba tours fulfilled the itinerary Value for the price cannot be beat even at the higher price. Communication with them was terrible. If they would send out an itinerary with pickup and tour details ahead of time they would be an unbeatable travel agency.
