Delicious Breakfast, Excellent Shisha and Friendly staff I ordered Cairo Downtown Dish

The place has a "System" where they force you to get dessert with your drink, and when we said we don't want dessert we'll take shisha instead alongside the drink the waiter literally said "we don't consider shisha as an order and you still have to get dessert". The place is really bad and the waiter was rude and unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with customers, i could go on about the waiter and how his conversation went but there is no point really. Not Recommended.

Delicious pizza, crêpe with Belgian chocolate was fine. Service is excellent. Hookah was good too. Restaurant a bit noisy and expensive, prices more than average.

Place is okay but extremely over priced! I would have given a 4 star coz it's a good location and good shisha, but the cafe is average at best and priced like Dubai. That's not okay.

A bad branch to go. Services are horrible, workers there not polite, i tried their branch in Tivoli plaza it is better, but this one not recommended, even bathrooms are horrible and not cleaned. Also the staff there are horrible, and hide my written feedback I filled in 🙂

Really disappointed in the customer service. I won’t speak for all the workers, just for the one who was handling our table. I don’t know his name but if you look for the tallest/biggest worker there, that will most likely be him. I will be sure to advise the people and anyone I know not to even consider giving there business to this place, solely because of him.

My favorite neighbourhood spot. The football game could be loud sometimes but so many awesome things about this spot that the noise is not a major issue. The food is always clean and delicious, quesadilla is a favorite, the vegetable wrap (seasonal) amazing, and the spaghetti is meaty but yummy. The hooka is best worldwide for me. The staff is amazing, taha, saeed, mohammed, the other mohammed, the other other mohammed, I mean they are all awesome.

Food is good, drinks are also good, shisha is nice.If I visit Egypt again I will visit this place again.Staff are good and overall service is good.

Paid extra 100pounds on taxes (of what??), waited 30/40 minutes for a dessert that honestly wasn't even good (it lacked sugar) besides, I went there for a match and the TV wasn't even in HD. I felt that they stole my money, but I paid and said nothing because I wasn't down for arguing. Definetly not going back and I don't reccomend it if you want a good quality/price. I knew I was going to spend money and I didn't mind, but on the other side I excpect everything to be perfect and it was far away from that

Its my absolute favorite place to go. Good service good food good drinks good desserts. The place itself is comfortable, always a chill spot for me and my friends.

Loved this place amazing service, food , very well decorated. Definitely a place for some good time, only downfall no alcohol served at this restaurant.

Good quality of smoothies. However, it looks from outside that it’s a cafe then when you enter you find that you must eat or take a dessert, staff wasn’t good enough, seems like they’re doing much effort to get tips from you anyway. Overall, I don’t recommend.

This place is seriously lacking compared to the Tagmo3 branch. The shisha is average, with multiple faulty shishas that had to be replaced, really doesn’t live up to its name. The food is a completely different story, I only sampled two dishes (Parmesan pasta and chicken quesadilla) and both were subpar and had to be returned. On the good side the service is nice and the staff are attentive.

One of the best place for Shisha, special thanks to Mr Khaled who made us haappy with his vibe and Mr Mohammed the manger was so professional. Pretty sure i’ll be back again

Nice food, nice shisha, nice coffee and lots of chocolate options! We spent our long layover here, enjoying the relaxed and stylish ambiance on their comfy couches. Though other reviews say otherwise, we found the service to be wonderful!

A more than wonderful place for shisha and eating and a very nice diet, and the vacation is the most beautiful thing

Good shisha , nice desert , great outdoor ... but non friendly staff at all they r shinning sadness and careless .... the service is really bad even waiters are not trying to smile ecen fake one ... the place is great but if waiters can have more training to be friendly with customers difinitly this place can reach a higher level .... even there approach makes u feel not comfortable and i can see majority of comments like that way .... its really a mystry to not act toward such an obvious behaviour and complaint .

The place is clean The food is AMAZING but the tax and service was expensive...

I had an amazing time here, and our waiter saaed was very helpful. They’re quick and efficient, and best of all they have really good food and hookah.
