I had an unexpected 3 day inpatient stay at Thebes hospital due to infected bites. My stay was made pleasant by the smiling doctors and nurses who were very kind and professional during my stay. I had to see them a second time when I suffered an allergic reaction to something, I was dealt with professionally and promptly and back out enjoying my holiday within a short time. The reception staff, medical director, doctors and nurses are wonderful, always a kind word and lovely smile. Thank you Thebes Hospital.

Very friendly people. Very helpfull. Professional. New equipment (x-ray from 2022). No long waiting. They picked me up at my hotel room with a wheelchair, because I could not walk. They consulted a specialist for orthopedic questions. The specialist even came extra from another place to see me and check my leg. Everything else did the very good English speaking doctor in charge. He is very professional. The price might be a little bit high at the end. Hopefully my insurance will cover it. But you feel very competent and professional treated. Thank you very much.

One of the best hospital we ever been. Unfortunately our baby 10 months old caught a cold , with fever - so we had been forced to go in hospital. Luckily we got to Thebes hospital , and we definitely surprised. We didn’t meet that kind of service even in Europe. Very professional and friendly staff , high service and new equipment. They relate to us with all respect , feed us 3 times a day , and gave us free medicine on the way back from vacations - there were no problem with insurance , and I can continue texting for all facilities in this hospital in a positive way forever. 10/10 - if you accidentally will have any problems during your vacations in Hurghada - be sure Thebes hospital will do their best. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Thebes Hospital. I recently spent a few days in ICU after a bacteria infection and couldnt have been in a better place. All the staff are so attentive, friendly and kind. They helped tremendously with the insurance claim after being very difficult, and nothing was too much. All the staffs English is very good and they work very hard to make you feel comfortable being away from home. Thank you again to the reception team, ICU team and the nurses on the ward for getting me well again!

It is difficult to give a positive review of a hospital stay, you know :) but that is exactly what happened here. The staff were very friendly, hospitable, willing to help, the receptionist lent us her phone/Internet so we could call Poland and deal with our insurance. We were given a room straight away, I could stay with my partner, they brought us our meals. Only positive impressions! Thank you

I wanted to say thank you for the amazing medical attention that you provided my son after he had a severe allergic reaction to something he ate at the hotel restaurant. The medical staff were quick to react in giving treatment, which calmed the reaction down. The doctor kept him in overnight in ICU just to make sure he would be OK to fly home the following day. They also helped us call the insurance and deal with all the necessary paperwork swiftly. I can't thank the staff enough for everything that they did and the one to one care he received. All the staff were very professional, caring and attentive to my sons needs. Fantastic service and amazing staff at The Thebes Hospital, Hurghada. Once again....thank you so much.

I cannot thank enough everyone from Thebes Hospital. The help that our 6-month daughter very much needed was exceptional and very professional. She had fever with high temperature. Also huge thanks to friendly receptionist Polina. Provided transfer from/to the hotel is very appreciated. Highly recommend to come to this hospital if needed. They work 24/7 and EMERGENCY anytime available.

The Thebes hospital is clean modern with excellent nurses and doctors. I had a 2 night stay and I could not fault the care I received. The staff couldn't do enough for me and treated me with respect and and dignity if anyone finds themselves in need of urgent care in the resort I would say don't be afraid you will get A plus treatment

Хороший госпиталь, страховка работает на 100%. У девушки была тошнота, ее полностью обследовали, сделали узи, сделали капельницу, дали все нужные лекарства. У меня были ожоги плеч, тоже полностью обследовали, померяли температуру, проверили давление, выписали специальные два крема. Через несколько дней, девушка обратилась с проблемой уха, затекла вода.Всё проверили, лекарства нужно было подождать несколько часов, но нас попросили оставить номер номера и лекарства принес прямо в номер человек. Вообщем всё было хорошо, уровень обслуживания лучше чем в Чешских госпиталях.

Ребёнку измерили температуру, давление, осмотрели. Сделали укол, который оперативно помог. Назначили 2 лекарства, которые мы приобрели у них, дабы потом не искать их по аптекам. Very very dirty hospital, more interested in money than the treatment. They made checking in and working with the insurance very complicated and demanded $650 upfront before treatment. Absolute charlatans. Also asked for a tip when we left and tried for extras that were covered by the insurance company!! Avoid at all costs

Milý a kvalifikovaný personál, se synem jsme mohli být na pokoji celou dobu oba a nebrali nás jako přítěž, naopak se hezky starali. Strávili jsme tam několik dní a vše bylo v pořádku.

my son was admitted here 28/12/2018 for 6 days the hospital is very dirty and water from taps in rooms is brown most of the staff when fitting canulas don't wear gloves even after been outside for a cigerette break, they disconnected tube to canula everytime he went to the toilet even though drip bag was on wheels leaving him in agony when reconnected he was 5 years old at the time and treated him as though he was an adult no care for his age whatsoever, he had pneumonia even when he was recovering they still kept him on glucose drip, I have never heard my little boy scream so much and I hope I never again, we are english but live in spain he was even pleading with them in Spanish to stop, on return to spain we got a check up our doctor was astounded why they caused him so much nessesary pain with unnecessary treatment he also said if drip bag was left connected and wheeled to the toilet they wouldn't have had to put 4 different canulas in and they would have put one in his foot if we didn't stop them, I know some people will say egypt so! but there bill was £9000 for 6 days, to be honest unless really necesssry find an alternative especially for children and make sure you really need to be admitted

Unfortunately I had an accident requiring surgery at Thebes Hospital while on holiday. I cannot fault the care and friendliness of the staff there.

Thank you so much for your special care and treatment when I broke my index finger whilst on holiday. Even the Radiologist and Orthopedic Doctor came from home just for me. The only little complaint was the slow process at Reception when I arrived, sorting out insurance etc. Every person I saw was kind, caring and friendly. I even had a car to and from my hotel at no extra expense. Thank you once again.
