Beautiful new, high level hotel. Very fresh, perfect smell of new post corona era. Villas, pools, excellent sand beach. They have a special place: horse club. Very nice, wealthy, happy, clean horses, very tamed, loved to be patted, safe for kids, horses are treated with special safe horse perfume (very good Idea, definitely should try it on my horse at home). Panorama bar is my own perfect place for coffee and drinks almost in the sea! Very polite stuff ready to help everywhere, anytime speaking English, Russian, German. Very quiet, invisible cleaning stuff.

We have had an amazing time. Great service all along throughout the whole stay. Very friendly and helpful employees. We had great service also on the beach, yummy cocktails and great service, even cold towels were offered. Employees always checked in with us even though we were not in the "crowded" area. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. It was great and it really is a place to stay and explore Egypt from.

It is a hotel that offers absolutely everything in premium quality, all services are 5 *. The food is very varied and of good quality. The staff is extremely friendly and very quick to solve any problems. I had a small problem with the distribution of the room but it was solved extremely quickly by Mr. Hussein, the operations manager, an extremely kind and professional man I would like to find such a person every holiday. We will definitely be back.

Very tasty food. Finally, European cuisine. Everything we ate was not spicy. Super. Starters, meats, desserts - everything is great. They prepared a pizza for the kids, which was not on the menu - special thanks for that. Definitely worth a visit to this restaurant during your vacation.

We spent really amazing time in the hotel. Everything was just wonderful. Tasty food, cool beach, fascinating enterteinment. Hotel staff is really nice and polite. Kids also had a great time in kids club. Kids club offers a lot of interesting activities every day. Thanks to all kids club team and special thanks to Alina for taking care of our kids. Definitely will come back again.

We stayed at Rixos Premium Magawish this month and the reception was too kind and offered to upgrade our stay to pool villas, free of charge, which was awesome 🤩 The food is more than great and the services beyond words. Even a vegan or a gluten free has plenty of choices. We were asked frequently if we need anything extra or if they need to improve anything. Our favorite spot was near the pool, mostly because of the incredible staff. Islam Mohamed was by far our favorite waiter. Very funny and always here to help us with anything. Also one of the most important aspects is that everyone speaks very good english. We will surely come back next year. Perfect experience.

So perfect hotel, everything is so clean and house cleaners are so friendly and doing their work very well! Our best house cleaner is Ahmed Mahmoud, he is so friendly and every time when he comes he makes us smile and our village shines every time, Ahmed helps us a lot of questions and we’re very thankful for him and of course Ahmed is very professional! Wonderful hotel with amazing service, best hotel in Hurghada. We visited almost all a la carts and everywhere tasty food and 10/10 service. Beach area always clean, remember all cocktails of guests. Thank you, we will come back

From the moment I stepped into my spacious suite, I was enveloped in a world of opulence. Plush furnishings, a gleaming marble bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the azure sea – every detail exuded elegance and comfort. The in-room mini-bar stocked with refreshing beverages was a delightful touch, and the housekeeping staff ensured my suite was spotless throughout my stay.

This hotel was amazing. So many food options 24/7. We loved our stay here. All the staff are so friendly and accomodating with anything. We especially had great service from Mahmoud abdo. Great resort but more night entertainment needed besides just live singers every night and free of charge beach activities should be included at the resort.

Our second time at Rixos and it fantastic from the moment we checked in and throughout our week in Hurghada. Special thanks to Andrew who ensured our stay was extra special and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Exceptional view of the beach from our very spacious room. The hotel is very well maintained, cleanliness to a high standard and all the staff go above and beyond - thank you for a wonderful week, we will be back!

We are currently staying here and love everything about this place. The kindness of the people working here to us and towards our children in the most precious way, the location, the cleanness, the delicious food in the main restaurant and in specialty restaurant Salt (!! Mahmoud A. is fantastic!). We feel so overwhelmed with the little details (making pancakes for our boy when it’s normally not available without us asking, offering blankets when it’s a bit colder…). We are having the best time with our family and will definitely come back.

I had a really pleasant vacation. Once we arrived to the hotel nice ladies met us at the reception. Welcome drinks and nice music start to make our vacation fantastic. We had lunch and after come to take a key. All our preferences were done by receptionist Adelina and we loved our room so much. Everything in the hotel is amazing, beach, a la carte restaurants and very very friendly staff. Thank you Rixos for unforgettable vacation and looking forward to come back next year!

Lovely place for families. Really close to the airport. Good food and lovely staff. Best pasta chef 😊 Rooms very clean and rooms with swimming pool are great. The play ground for kids is great with one minor thing..... The staff speaks a lot in Russian. Use English guys cause i don't remember Russian being an international language. Over all it's been lovely.

Spent a week at Rixos, absolutely amazing. Out of all the places to eat the food, atmosphere (with the violinist) and especially the staff at the ‘Peoples’ restaurant was by far the best. They couldn’t do enough to help us and accommodate our gluten free diets. 10/10 for service, well done!

My friends were very thankful when I booked them in this hotel/resort. They were so satisfied that the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Food served was incredibly sumptuous. The best is the beach side. This resort/hotel went over and beyond to help make the guest’s stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

Rixos maned to impress me and I am not easily impressed. Top notch customer service starting from Karim in the front desk , lo2a, Ahmed …. Many excellent people who were more than helpful and professional who want to make sure you have a great experience . The rooms are modern and big . The food and alcohol were excellent. The beach is beautiful and widely spread. The only couple of the things that can use a touch of improvement, is the entertainment and the pool. Overall great experience

Our stay was amazing. We had an amazing time. Especially the service was excellent, with Tamer as team captain together with Mahmoud. His service was perfect and he takes the time to help you with all your questions. In addition, he was really funny as well. I would recommend to make a reservation at the Asian Restaurant, the food and service are excellent. We will come back for sure!

Very clean, safe, and food was delicious, everything was amazing. Everywhere we went no matter where in the resort, there was always employees willing to help with anything. Every restaurant we’ve been to was very clean, had great service and the food specifically was amazing. We went to the restaurant Salt to eat seafood and our server Kareem did a great job looking after us. I have an allergy from eggs and he made sure nothing I ate included egg, that was a priority for him and we all appreciate that very much.
