System of reservation is very awful, why I have to wait at least 3 hours to get my session, there is no respect to clients' time. But I can deal with this silly system, what is not acceptable is that I got wrong instructions said by the receptionist that made my skin red and itchy so that my session was delayed. And when I made a complain Dr. Heba didn't have the time to reply on my messages. Which made me very upset.

The waiting hours are horrible no reservations and you have to wait for more than 3 hours atleast to go in ... Dr heba herself is really professional but the waiting is the worst and the recipionists are really rude

I love this place very much, one of the best places I have been to, and I love Dr. Heba Hafez. She is one of the best doctors in the world❤️❤️
