The activities are limited on the shore, the best thing you can do is go out at night and enjoy the sound of sea waves crashing while having a cup of tea

Good place to buy dates/olive oil/herbs/spices Don't buy from thr first store you find....ask around to know the average prices from multiple stores

Very very very crowded - unbearable It's more like walking in a crowded market. Driving is random Pedestrians are moving about everywhere even in the middle of the street. No traffic regulations for drivers or pedestrians.

Center commercial district of the city. Be careful to obey traffic rules if you are driving, otherwise you are a prey for police.

It's the famous Alexanderia street in Marsa Matrouh City, the street is by the sea And the view is amazing, it has wide side walks and benches, in winter it's really good and beautiful, but in summer it's very crowded because alot of food places and shops

The most live beating heart of Matrouh. Very good place for your purchaces while in you summer beach trip. Prices there are little bit heigher than normal and negotiable. Usually crowded and car parking is not very easy at all

Alexandria street is the main street in Marsa Matrouh. It is lovely with many different shops left and right. In the Summer it is also full of tourists and very lively. My favourite.
