The hotel itself is good, but the location isn't; it's in the middle of nowhere, no sea view nothing, and the surrounding area lacks services, but to be honest it's a bold step from the hotel owners to provide such a service in this place, given that the Red sea beaches are half an hour far. I think it'll be the perfect choice for people looking for speciality and quietness. It's also perfect for business trips as it has nearby financial services spots and meeting rooms and it's in the middle of an industrial zone.

The hotel is marvellous.. Very good service and rooms along with the hospitality of the staff. Everything was so good. Regarding the food ofc, it wasn't that good when it came to lunch and dinner. The breakfast was pretty okay. Clean pools and clean aqua park. Giving you a free card for the arcade and dino Park. Though, it's not beach front. The location is a disadvantage. To sum it all up. This hotel mainly for the entertainment of your kids and young ones. The aqua park and the arcade all of that is for their pleasure only. Dont recommended it for couples at all.

I was not lucky for not going Swiss inn this time (two days ago) as I followed my friend advice & went to awful hotel close to Sukhna port, I hope to go to Swiss next trip insa, & I am happy to find Swiss management is caring about replying on all comments, appreciated their interesting

Rooms were clean, the aqua park was very fun. The fun valley which is attached to the hotel was very nice. The Food was tasty but still needs more varaites. And the stuff were nice but still needs to be more professional.

The hotel is very good, the location is good also because it's very close to Cairo main road, the management are very welcoming and professional, The GM Mr. Alaa and his assistant Mr. Atef, the GR, reception, recreation manager and his team , Food & Beverage team, the room with pool view is very nice, the follow up on your requirements is great. Fairly good room and food. The hotel is part of a resort area that attracts families with children. There is an amusement park, dinosaur world, and water park all right by the hotel. But it is in a bleak industrial hinterland near a commercial port.

Although the rooms are greatly furnished, the view and the location were disturbing as it's located in the middle of industrial area and too many lorries moving around 24/7 which was so annoying actually. Otherwise, the working staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was booked from the 19th to the 21st at your hotel, and when I arrived at the hotel after several adventures with heavy transport and without placing any signboard for the hotel, and after I contacted the hotel several times to find him, upon my arrival I was received in an inappropriate manner by the hotel manager and I think because I was very nervous because of the road, I was surprised by the hotel manager with a number of unacceptable questions and hints that the marriage contract was invalid, that it was not approved, and that I could not stay with my wife and her daughter in the same room, in a ridiculous way that is not suitable for dealing with any customer, knowing that. I have been working in the tourism field for more than 20 years inside and outside Egypt, and I have never been exposed to such a situation or method. He did not care that I had a 9-year-old child with me. I became completely frustrated with the hotel and its manager, and for your information, the only thing that stopped me was making a problem with the receptionist. And his manager, so as not to become more frustrated, made me look at her and hold my nerve, and I was forced to make another reservation at the Stella Grand Hotel, and they allowed me to stay with them with the same marriage certificate that I rejected, with the knowledge of your receptionist and his manager, and since I am one of those working in the tourism sector, and these actions lead to... It has negative results for the entire sector, except that it is not useful from an investment perspective and the return is weak. This is based on my experience in the field of tourism for more than 20 years, and I own a tourism company in England called We Go Holiday, and I have a job in Egypt for sure, and I was thinking of opening a job in Ain Sokhna. But after this situation that happened to me, I will definitely wait a long time All this things from the manger to force me to take another room

This place is very much family oriented. The kids enjoyed their time: the pool, the aqua and a small theme park at night (was included with reservation). It was so busy which made some services (as going to the beach with the shuttle) not the best. The rooms are clean and staff is nice and helpful. Buffet (food and place) needs some variety and renovation.

The hotel was very good as of facilities specially the aqua park for kids , food and professional staff across all sections but have 2 unfavorable the location in an industrial spot with broken roads also have no sea view while they are providing shuttle buses to go to a dedicated beach takes almost 23 min far from the hotel although not recommend for swimming & the price is expensive and should be reviewed

Family & Business Hotel with amazing aqua park & lovely games park teda fun valley 🏞️ far from the beach around 15 minutes, shuttle bus service is available for free .. the staff are very welcoming & friendly in a nice way.. recommended for families

A hotel with buffet in the middle of industries, nothing else around. If don't like the buffet don't eat because the restaurant doesn't work. The buffet based in the same food and have more five not so different food. Perfect time for the tourists which stay normally one week. The fault is not from Hotel, but I'm European and the food is not our normal food, they are not used to receive European, is basically for local tourists. Because the industries around, the hotel is dirty outside always, much dust. Have swimming pool which never try. Very noisy because many children. With the industries around are very noisy place and with trucks movement. No, definitely is not for European people and not for European workers, special if working in night shift. I'm not sure but don't see any ambulance or first aid available, and the hotel is far away from Cairo and Suez, special in this moment, all the roads around and until Suez are with deeply works

Perfect place for families. The staff are very kind and pleasant. Meals are very delicious and well prepared. Mr Mohamed Saad and Mr Mohammed Ateya at the reception are very helpful and friendly. The animation team, especially Nemo and Alaa, are amazing and very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go again.

The room was clean but smells like cigarettes 🤢 Pools are nice and they are suitable for children with some slides even adults will enjoy it 😂

Stay from Friday July 15 till Monday July 18 room no 202 and 205 I will share with you my experience Good hotel over all Service is good specially rooms service man 2nd floor Mohamed Saber Aqua Park was amazing for Kids and adult as well Food is good specially the sweets for 4 stars hotels. There is fun valley was amazing for kids Good program at the night time Only the Beach is not near nead 20 to 25 minutes which is accepted.

The hotel is below average. The service is not good- below average The worst food I have ever tested in a hotel ever, they add water on the milk in the breakfast and the food quality is very poor. The rooms are good and clean as well as the pool. Good place for children to have fun for one or two days but don’t for get to bring food with you.
